i forgot i was an artist (experimental film)

i studied graphic design, went to work in an advertising agency and now in corporate graphic design. through this i found my love for narrative filmmaking but in the process i forgot what is what like to experiment with creative mediums as even a designer's life becomes monotonous sometimes.
ever since i can remember I've been obsessed with magazines and collages and all the elements in this video have been taken from my personal collection of magazines, art gallery brochures, cool leaflets I've gotten from brands or places and scanned and edited in after effects.
I've given each section of this video a personal meaning, a journey through my artistic journey which loops around every so often. i hope in the chaos of the collages you get to find meaning in this too x
(this was also loosely inspired by the czech 1966 movie "sedmikrásky")
