Looking forward to the seat pan repair. I repaired one in pretty rough shape a few years ago. I had no welder, so I fiberglassed it. It will be good to see what a proper repair looks like. Also, that's a great looking seat cover. Came out really well.
Thank you Mike!!☻
Amazing work R.K.! Looking forward to the next installment. P.S. I like using the 50/50 mix. Scoutcrafter would be proud!
Contoured seats are such a challenge to cover. This is a great tutorial! 😃👍
Yeah Buddy!! We glued the top section to help keep it's contour!!☻
Looks good, maybe putting it under a heat lamp or using a heat gun would make it much easier to stretch in on the foam.
Lookin' good! Daddy Dirtbike is gonna love it!
Yeah Buddy!! He did!!☻
Great job Buddy, I like how you made your template. That made a lot of sense seeing that. I remember years ago I had to go to a couple of different upholstery shops before someone would recover a motorcycle seat I had. Cheers
Thanks alot Lloyd!! Yeah that cover was too toasted to use for a pattern!! My Lil' Honda should be alot easier, the cover is pretty decent, just old and hard!!☻
I have learned so many cool techniques through these videos!
Nice craftsmanship. Becoming another lost art. Can’t wait to see the finished product.
Thank you Greg!!☻
I love the upholstery videos keep them up, I have an old singer 111-155 . learning a lot from you.
Thanks Gary!! The 155 is a great Machine, if it had reverse I might have wound up with one!!☻
Having watched many of your videos, I'm sure it will come out looking mint! ❤
Thanks alot Kris!!☻
Very nice. You said you don't get a lot of views for these vids, but I like to watch a craftsman work. Looking forward to the completion.
Thanks alot Jim!!☻
Wow, amazing upholstery skills RK. I'm sure your "good friends" will really like it ;)

Sure wish I knew someone like you just to learn so much stuff from. It was my grandfather but he died when I was 18. Wood work electrical and plumbing I learned. Self taught auto repair. But you are just a well of knowledge thanks for the videos too bad im a hands on learner
Thanks alot Boot!!☻
You have pretty good sewing skills!
Thanks Wyatt!! I must have inherited it from my Mom, she made some incredible stuff!! I wish I had paid more attention to what she was doing!!☻
Hey, I’ll watch the upholstery videos!
Thanks Buddy!! We need somebody to watch them!!☻

Thank you Tonk!! Have a great Holiday Bud!!☻
I like the upholstery vids, RK. I made a garage stool like yours, but went and put a spinning grinder on it, that cut the fabric. Oooops. 😢
That's funny!! When I upholstered my stool I forgot put air holes in the bottom of the plywood!! So when I was drilling 4 holes one of them when through the wood and foam and pushed up to the vinyl but didn't go through but it did leave an indent that is still there 4 years later!!☻
so thats how you do it.
Yeah Buddy!!☻
Man that machine runs slow.
Yeah Buddy!! We put a Servo Motor on it and a smaller pulley!!☻
