I just did some bomber seats looked just like this. The first on half inch foam. The second in 1/8” foam with some skim. I’m still learning and get a lot out of these videos! 🙏🏻
Cara... vc é um gênio! Um verdadeiro artista! Espero um dia ser a metade do profissional que você é, já estarei satisfeito. Excelentes projetos, por mais vídeos seus. Sou seu fã...
Holy moly, and i used to think that its just a solo seat, it'll hardly take 30 minutes to finish it. But that was a whole lot of work. Nice seat by the way bro. 👌👌👌
Thanks man! It’s a blind stitch. I top stitch then fold the pleat in half and sew on the back side on the inside of the stitch. It’s just give the pleats a cleaner look hiding the stitches and protecting the stitch from wear.
Sweet dude thanks I built my 22yo brother a plunger frame triumph bobber from all the shit I hade laying around from bulk buys and trades over the years so kind of a rat bike and I was thinking about doing a cobra style seat just laying down a glass mat seat pan. Thanks again man
Also I’m assuming you do videos as you get the work but have you ever relined a helmet? I have an old 3/4 translucent buco and some old Arthur fillers I’ve been sporting for years that I’d like to redo

I would never have thought it takes that much to make that little seat. Truly inspiring!

Amazing work!!
nice! Question: when you sewed the first pleats, you then went on the bottom side and sewed again....what were you sewing there?

What kind of foam are you using and where do you get it? Thanks
For this style of seat on the pan I use 1” extra firm 100lb from Albright supply. And 1/2 sew foam in the seat cover for the pleats.
