In this video i will upgrade my neje 3 max with some super addons.
First of all is precize metal Z axis lifting device, wich make focus settings much easier and more precize, then i add a belt tensioner wich allow us to set entire machine to work more priceze because belt isn't too loosen or overtight.
i try to mount also metal airassist noozle, and realize i got much better cutting result with using manual air assist tube.
As last i upgrade my A40640 laser modul with adittional hetsink and fan so entire modul are cooler and allow us to use that modul on 100% laser power also in longterm use.

@@TinC33 my machine also came with a yellow and green wire with terminals on both ends. I'm assuming that is a grounding wire. My question would be does it connect to the laser head via drag chain back to x axis stepper motor? There are only two ring terminals.
@@williedog1127 aha, so they already add a ground cable, idk that, but i can say they're really fast in upgrading their machine.
If there are only two ring on the cable try connect laser modul and left y motor, if there still be a problem try to make aditional wire like i do to a - pole of power supply.
@@TinC33 that's the thing, I haven't had any problems yet. I actually ran a 2 hour burn non stop without any problems at all. The laser module had the extra cooling fan per installed and it never got the slightest warm. The stepper motor on the x axis got a little warm but that was it. Also want to thank you for answering back as quickly as you do. I'm 64 years old and retired due to some health issues and really enjoying trying out new things.

ortur is sleap a bit, there are many many brends of that lasers, almost every day get offers to reviews, but got no time, working on house renovation (new workshop are comming yay) + you know lot of work outside on farm, back problems.... but afterall i think neje is best in inovation, i think it's still the only who got air assist valve wich is simply amazing.

Hello, it's ground cable make by myself, but on latest version they add this cable to a machine wich prevent machine from stop responding, check my neje 3 max video for more details about this cable.
Can a roller be used with this laser engraver? if so which model of roller can be used to engrave on bottles and rounded objects?
Yes it can be used, basicaly any stepper motor simply plug to one of Y motor connector (disconnect booth y motors) but don't know why neje got out of stock roller for more than a year, but i'm quite sure any other brand will work, in worst case you'll need to change motor connector, but didn't try yet so i'm not 100% sure

@@TinC33 Nism. Kateri je večji? Drgač sm pa impulzno nabavu plazmo 1.5x3m pa bi najrajs tja gor dal air asist glavo 😁. Sam pol bo to spet en nov projekt. Ko bos fertik - javi.
