Guess Imma just re-put my comment here. What happened today: -Chugga brought a creature out of its natural habitat for the second time. -He also challenged a young Satoshi Tajiri to a Bug Catching Contest. -He also forced the young Satoshi to give a stolen pet back to a psychopathic store owner who throws people out of his shop and onto benches. -And made Skyloft great again. Again, a productive day.
30:56 - 31:09 Aww... Right in the feels in the end though! 🥺 "There's something to be said for just going to a bustling place and taking everything in, even if you're not doing anything. But, Beedle… you really did give someone a lifetime of gratitude." - Emiliano Rodolfo Rosales-Birou (Chuggaaconroy)
Well, since the saga of Batreaux is now over, I can finally say this: they're not Gratitude Crystals, they're quite clearly Star Bits. Also, way to downplay everyone else who contributed to giving Batreaux his Star Bits in favor of the last guy to chip in.
On my first playthrough, I had already purchased everything he had to offer in his shop. So when he said I could get an item for half off, I thought it was some kind of sick joke.
You can also find Batreaux outside at night, specifically on the bridge leading to the side of the island where most people live. It's a nice touch, and I seem to remember another NPC mentioning him in some dialogue.
"There's something to be said for going to a bustling place and taking everything in, even if you're not doing anything." Lines that hit different in 2020/2021.
This episode makes THREE minigames you mentioned being stuck on for over an hour in this game: 1. Harp game in Lumpy Pumpkin 2. Landing on the right color of the pinwheel 3. Bug catching game The minigames in this game, geez... lol
Thanks to you I got to see every side quest in this childhood game of mine AND batreux’s human form! Thank you Emile. This LP really is getting down to the wire eh?
You should consider checking by the water at night in Skyloft. One of the instructors is there, and also it would be nice to see the updated Fi check on the Remlets. It has changed now that they are no longer demonic at night. Thanks for the consideration!
+chuggaaconroy at 4:22 you repeat a line twice. "And because we're redundant, we will drop to the viewing platform, where we ascended from just moments ago."
I'm gonna miss Batreaux's demon form. At least he can finally live amongst the Skyloftians. Also, can I just say this? Batreaux's human outfit totally reminds me of Wind Waker Ganondorf's outfit.
.... The most probable explanation is that Kikwis are an animal in a symbiotic relationship with a plant, the plant providing energy from the sun and the animal providing water and nutrients, and possibly energy when the plant cannot itself.
28:52 Actually, I think Batreaux has dot eyes like Orielle's brother. His eyes aren't closed, there's just a dark crease like how his demon form has the large yellow markings and his actual eyes are very small.
I can relate to Beedle being sad about losing his pet. Today I had to give someone MY sun conure, Charlie. I had hoped that I could Make a RUclips Channel with Charlie as my mascot but all of my dreams were crushed when I lost him...
>"cavernous" >says 'carnivorous' Also, not only can you talk to Parrow outside at night now, but I do believe Elvis and also maybe Orielle also walk around outside after dark.
At 27:52, did ANY of you noticed that Chugga described the Tycoon wallet as carnivorous and not cavernous like it says in the textbox? he said CARNIVOROUS, as in ONLY EATING MEAT. LOL
What i found is that the bugs respawn really quickly. So, you never need to even go down to the pit. You can also start owlen's sidequest before you do the third loop. I doubt they changed that just for the HD version.
I have a few things to say: 1. Batreaux doesn't close his eyes after the transformation, they become ridiculously small. 2. I think that after the events of this game, Kikwis evolved into Deku/Business Scrubs then became Octorocks later on. But that is just a theory. 3. I actually like Scrapper. His sass and reactions to everything are the best. 4. REDUNDANT EXPLANATION 200 WENT FAST!
I dunno if anyone else said this 5 years earlier, but maybe the Koroks in later games are ancestors of the Kikwi, and the one that gets brought up to Skyloft in this game was bred with itself, then those offspring were inbred to the point that they look nothing like what they used to. Koroks do look kinda deformed compared to Kikwis, and their names kinda sound similar.
GhostFalcon As I recently learned, it's cause a view is only registerd once you're half way through the video. In which people like the video before they watch it.
8:10 Actually, most plants (flowering ones) can't reproduce by themselves. Papa flower (a male plant), who has stamens, produces pollen that, upon reaching mama flower (a female plant)'s ovaries (they have them), develop into a fruit with seeds.
6:17 Okay, I'm not ultra familiar with gender and sex when it comes to plant/penguin hybrids but hermaphrodites (which aren't the same as intersex people, which I legit just found out researching) could potentially identify with female or male pronouns but there are pronouns for genders inbetween/outside the gender binary (remember a few years back when people were freaking out about "Ze"? Wild stuff) BUT!!! The Zelda wiki refers to all of the Kikwi as male, which I'm assuming means Fi called them by male pronouns. BUT!!! To my knowledge, Japanese doesn't have gendered pronouns, only semi-gendered honourifics, so that could be male bias? We also haven't seen how they reproduce because this is a children's game. I also am thinking that mono-gendered species like the Gerudo and (possibly) the Gorons are more common in the Zelda Universe? This stuff is fascinating tbh tl;dr Kikwi are probably Hermaphrodites, but are still "men" in English at least so YES!!! Fi is being rude referring to them as "it" in this one segment of the game.
Guys, he said on Twitter that the fix was that he miscounted the redundant explanations because we actually reached 200 so he added in a celebration for it.
I think Bug Heaven is my least favorite. It takes so long to do and since I don't use the bugs for potions that much, I don't find it very useful in terms of prizes.
but beetle, you have given a lifetime worth of gratitude. sudenly i drop my pen. i cannot continue my homework, for i have been struck. i clench my chest and stop everything im doing. this is a kind of blow i have not truly felt in quite some time. it hit me right ni the FEEEEAAAALLLSSSS
Chugga, you really need to go see Batreaux at night soon; he has some interesting things to say at night. He moves to the bridge that leads to Pipit's house when Human at night.
Batreaux's eyes aren't closed. He has really tiny real eyes right next to his nose, just like he had in bat form. He keeps his fake eyes from that form too.
"Beedle… you really did give someone a lifetime of gratitude."
Oh, my heart!
100% agree, I almost cried.
With x200 redundant explanations, we've lost 33 colective minutes of time.
HOLY MOLIANI!
Number 50 was better for me
🤯🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😭😢
@@greekblade9376 number 69 and 169 are the best
That's a full video
Best part of completing the Gratitude Crystal Quest: being able to go to the Remlet garden at night and serenade them to sleep with your harp.
The Kikwi did evolve Chuggaa. They evolved into quadrupedal light blue dinosaurs with sprouts on their backs who can sprout vines to whip enemies.
I love how Link's "Redundant Explanation" voice clips are sped up with the rest of the video in that one section. I especially like 14:12 .
This is what the Kikwi would've said had Link asked "What shoulders?"
"How rude! I do have shoulders, kweek -- they're just not very pronounced!"
What has not been fixed is describing the wallet as "carnivorous" at 27:50 instead of "cavernous". Clearly this is one meat-eating wallet.
Rognik It's a Mimic!
Guess Imma just re-put my comment here.
What happened today:
-Chugga brought a creature out of its natural habitat for the second time.
-He also challenged a young Satoshi Tajiri to a Bug Catching Contest.
-He also forced the young Satoshi to give a stolen pet back to a psychopathic store owner who throws people out of his shop and onto benches.

Again, a productive day.
I saw you on the not fixed video!
Yup.
I had to redo this comment for this version.
Alexander Richmond .
I think I liked Batreaux better as a demon. Does that make me *demon-ted?*
...
Get out.
I think it does but that’s a pretty good pun. Demon-ted people should also ignore haters like the two comments above mine.
...not in this case good god
30:56 - 31:09 Aww... Right in the feels in the end though! 🥺

Good for you. I'm still calling them Star Bits.
Nonono, they are obviously katamari cores.
ShadyKnight9 they're quite clearly a reused model
well I think katamari cores, star bits and gratitude crystals are the same thing in different universes?
or something?
I call 'em Gratuitous Crystals! HA!
24:16 Probably the *BEST* sound Emile has ever, *EVER* made.
CHUGGGGGGAAAA DISAPPOINTED YOU DID NOT PUT THE MISDREAVUS CRY AT 200 REDUNDANT EXPLINATION
still was funny tho
Unfortunately, it doesn't affect Misdreavus.
Hey you copied from the original video
Generic User Thatsthejoke.jpg
how is 80 the limit if they are created before your eyes when someone is really happy
does this mean there will be no more happiness in the world
Techno Neko deep shit
I wonder how long it'll be until Batreaux regrets his decision.
The sped up grunts from Link during the redundant explanation counter... I can't breathe because I'm laughing so much...
On my first playthrough, I had already purchased everything he had to offer in his shop. So when he said I could get an item for half off, I thought it was some kind of sick joke.
You ever get that feeling of deja vu?
MLfan C h e e r s L o v e
... No... I never get that feeling of DEJA VU!
MLfan ...And because we're redundant I'll reupload.
D E J A V U
I've just been in this time before
MLfan I get deja vu moments 3x a month.
The 200th "redundant explanation" timestamp is 24:56 in case anyone wanted to find it quickly
Hey Chuggaa, on the topic of funny Fi scans, you should go back to the Ancient Cistern and scan the Zombie Bokoblins. It's well worth it...
I love how Beedle is avoiding paying taxes by flying.
You can also find Batreaux outside at night, specifically on the bridge leading to the side of the island where most people live. It's a nice touch, and I seem to remember another NPC mentioning him in some dialogue.
For those asking, the fix comes at 24:53
Andrew Bailey You are the real MVP
Andrew Bailey rr
18:46 That reference fits well as Mimi requests Mario to pay her back in rupees-er, Rubees.
Pure Autism Bombs, rope? It's yours my friend, so long as you have enough rubees.
I love the fact that the sound effects for redundant explanations were also affected by the speed up. That little detail made me laugh pretty hard xD
"There's something to be said for going to a bustling place and taking everything in, even if you're not doing anything."
Lines that hit different in 2020/2021.
So enjoyable to watch. I love your style of 100% gameplay! I want you to play all the games!!!
EXPLANATION 200 WAS FIXED. MERRY CHRISTMAS. HAPPY BIRTHDAY. HAPPY HANUKKAH. HAPPY KWANZAA. HAPPY WHATEVER YOU'RE CELEBRATING.
That said, Gotta Go Fast.
It's my birthday :D
Michael Hamblyn happy birthday
H3çTöR Passover?
lololololololololol
19:30 Oh, this insect suuuuure was friendly to my boot...
A fixed version of the video just to get the redundant explanation counter corrected. Worth it? YES
This episode makes THREE minigames you mentioned being stuck on for over an hour in this game:
1. Harp game in Lumpy Pumpkin
2. Landing on the right color of the pinwheel
3. Bug catching game
The minigames in this game, geez... lol
The bug minigame isn't even that bad.
Thanks to you I got to see every side quest in this childhood game of mine AND batreux’s human form! Thank you Emile. This LP really is getting down to the wire eh?
Man, two episodes in one day!? Chugga really is amazing!
It's the same video. The redundant explanation counter messed up, so he re-uploaded the fixed version.
Melamine Unless I am mistaken, Phil here is trying to use sarcasm.
Melamine Oh thank you! I didn't even see that in the first video
KingSamurott10 Yeah, it was hahaha but I was curious to see why he fixed it but now I know
I just realized before continuing the story, can you collect the hornet larvae to finally customized the bomb bag?
Not all plants are hermaphrodites chugga
chugaa that last sentence hit me tight in the feels
Y'know, I wonder where Link's parents are on that tiny floating island.
In the graveyard probably
Likely nowhere. It's rare that Link is shown to have any living relatives.
And that's all for the side quests! Nice work Emile!!!👍👍👍👌👌👌👏👏👏😄😄😄
24:58 Oh my gosh, Emile XD I'm ROLLING!
+Cometstarlight That's not Zelda, that's Sonic! XD
So the fix was HOLY IMPRISONED Redundant explantion 200 yet this game is far from finished despite 100% Skyloft sidequests.
The scream for Redundant Explanation 198 was just gold!
You should consider checking by the water at night in Skyloft. One of the instructors is there, and also it would be nice to see the updated Fi check on the Remlets. It has changed now that they are no longer demonic at night. Thanks for the consideration!
24:57 WRYYYYY, you haven't seen enough of these already!
+game4brains 123 Is that what he said? I couldn't hear because of the music being too loud.
+chuggaaconroy at 4:22 you repeat a line twice. "And because we're redundant, we will drop to the viewing platform, where we ascended from just moments ago."
24:56 Chugga killed my ears.
I like how even the redundant explanation link shouts are sped up in the speed up sequence.
I'm gonna miss Batreaux's demon form. At least he can finally live amongst the Skyloftians. Also, can I just say this? Batreaux's human outfit totally reminds me of Wind Waker Ganondorf's outfit.
I can't wait for the finale of skyward sword!
4:58 SOUNDCLIPS !!!!
24:31 When he said this to me, he had nothing left in his shop. What a thank you, huh?
17:02
Best moment of my life
I took like a million screenshots of that Remlet being peacefully adorable at night.
Thanks Batreaux!
.... The most probable explanation is that Kikwis are an animal in a symbiotic relationship with a plant, the plant providing energy from the sun and the animal providing water and nutrients, and possibly energy when the plant cannot itself.

Nice job chuggaa with Legend of Zelda skyward sword
My top tip: look up a speedrun of this (and the silent realms) if you want a perfect route and you've been trying for ages
I can relate to Beedle being sad about losing his pet. Today I had to give someone MY sun conure, Charlie. I had hoped that I could Make a RUclips Channel with Charlie as my mascot but all of my dreams were crushed when I lost him...
>"cavernous"
>says 'carnivorous'
Also, not only can you talk to Parrow outside at night now, but I do believe Elvis and also maybe Orielle also walk around outside after dark.
The oboe during the bug segment... Amazing.
I love how the sidequest involves a collector's worst nightmare...running out of things to collect.
At this point I keep thinking the noise that Chugga put in with the explanations is part of the game.
At 27:52, did ANY of you noticed that Chugga described the Tycoon wallet as carnivorous and not cavernous like it says in the textbox? he said CARNIVOROUS, as in ONLY EATING MEAT. LOL
I saw the notification and it made me think there were 2 episodes in 1 day. I was about to question life
Batreaux, OPEN YOUR EYES!! LINK'S FACE NEVER CHANGES, AND HE'S ALWAYS SPEECHLESS!!!!
Right in the feels, Chuggaa...
200 redundant explanations congratulations again.👏🎉
27:47 I'm sure someone has made this joke before but IT'S OVER 9000!!!
24:56 for someone who has sonic mega collection, this was a well timed redundancy tone
I hope I'm not the only one who's favorite episodes are often side quest videos.
The issue was the counter. Now most other youtubers would have just left it, but nope not our chugga, good job chugga.
What was Fixed in this episode?
no idea either just commenting bc im also rlly curious
24:53 the counter was off originally
Same. I'm a little confused.
redundant explanation 200
Neoking The redundant explanation counter was messed up. He was gonna leave it but it was the 200th redundant explanation so he had to fix it
What i found is that the bugs respawn really quickly. So, you never need to even go down to the pit.
You can also start owlen's sidequest before you do the third loop. I doubt they changed that just for the HD version.
The demon is the fore bearer of the Gerudo with Groose! Their lines met and it explains why Ganon was born to their line!!!
Mario Man There is octorocks in the game so they couldn't evolve into octorocks
I know that. I'd figured that at some point they would stop being enemies with them and would start converting.
4:22 Can't tell if joke, or editing mistake. I believe in chugga, Imma say joke. Made me chuckle anyways
I love it when he says "and" and it sounds like "andj"
AN EMILE UPLOAD!
That's a fantastic birthday present! :D
Actually, the Koroks are all but stated to be the Kokiri in new forms, but I admit the Kokiri could be descended from the Kikwis.

WHAT IS LIFE RIGHT NOW?
GhostFalcon As I recently learned, it's cause a view is only registerd once you're half way through the video. In which people like the video before they watch it.

The fact that there’s only 5 of the birds implies that by killing them, link is making their species nearly extinct
25:00 That took me by surprise.
Guys, he said on Twitter that the fix was that he miscounted the redundant explanations because we actually reached 200 so he added in a celebration for it.
I wonder how long it will take for someone to make a compilation video of all the faceplants in this series.
he actually does have his eyes open they are just just as small as before and in the same place
You know what chugga just because you said Pikmin STEVE STEVE STEVE STEVE STEVE STEVE STEVE STEVE
I think Bug Heaven is my least favorite. It takes so long to do and since I don't use the bugs for potions that much, I don't find it very useful in terms of prizes.
I can't believe the Guay's droppings caused lag that lasted for the entire video......such evil creatures.
that reupload is really bugging me
Am I the only one that got a notification from Chuggaaconroy and hoped it was an accidental double uploaded? xD
but beetle, you have given a lifetime worth of gratitude.
sudenly i drop my pen. i cannot continue my homework, for i have been struck. i clench my chest and stop everything im doing. this is a kind of blow i have not truly felt in quite some time.
it hit me right ni the FEEEEAAAALLLSSSS
Beedle is the real savior of skyloft
I love how Oolo has a mohawk and generally would be considered cool looking, and he's arguably the most cowardly kikwi
Chugga, you really need to go see Batreaux at night soon; he has some interesting things to say at night. He moves to the bridge that leads to Pipit's house when Human at night.
How am I the first one to acknowledge that it's episode 64?
Jackson Hicks well this is a reupload, so you orobably are not.
I posted that on the original video, just wanted to make sure no one else called dibs on it lol
Batreaux's eyes aren't closed. He has really tiny real eyes right next to his nose, just like he had in bat form. He keeps his fake eyes from that form too.
Ah, now I see why the other video went unlisted and this new one was uploaded. 24:57, instead of saying 200 it was 198. That and the sound changed.
7:15 I...never knew about this sidequest! 😳
