We’ve covered bizarre roller coasters several times on this channel. But we’re far from finished with the subject. Today, we’re going to be talking about ten more roller coasters you won’t believe were built. For this list, I once again conducted a poll with my viewers to rank the weirdness of these unique attractions.

WHY THIS WAS REUPLOADED: The original version involved some footage that I initially believed to be promotional material from a park. However, I didn't notice the copyright notice in the video description, which was written in Korean. When translated to English, it stated, "The copyright of this video belongs to KBS Busan Broadcasting Bureau. Unauthorized use, editing, or commercial use of this video is prohibited. Please be advised that unauthorized use without consultation may violate relevant laws, including copyright law."
I decided to reupload the video to avoid receiving a copyright strike. It's crucial to prevent copyright strikes on RUclips because accumulating three strikes can lead to the termination of the entire channel. I apologize for any confusion caused by this situation, and it's particularly important to address this issue as I have a sponsored segment in the video.
Makes sense bro❤

@@Th3_PizzaGamer ?
I hate how fair use doesn't apply anywhere else in the world, especially in Asian countries.

Another weird thing you can look into; Donderballen at the defunct Land van Ooit in the Netherlands. Imagine a bobsled coaster with an elevator lift and a turntable station, with the trains being literal hamster balls that roll through the track
That one is cool but is not a coaster
@@bramsimmelink8876 I would argue against some of the pics in this video as well, but then again, I don't make the rules
Because there are none
That sounds bizarre and dangerous.
@@bezoticallyyours83 I mean, so do Rollercoasters if you dont describe them well enough
I grew up going to Green Valley Farm! The worst part about all the metal rides is that it's in a really hot area so they can genuinely burn you if you're not careful. The museum they mentioned in the ad isn't for the faint of heart either. It's got antique machinery and tools, various rocks and minerals, creepy old toys, and strangest of all, various taxidermy animals and specimens in jars. As you said, truly the stuff of nightmares.
Your description of Green Valley Farm kinda reminds me of the rural tourist attractions I went to as a kid, plus a dilapidated playground near my childhood home with some sun-bleached, dirty spring riders that were nightmare-inducing.
I love the place and took my youngest there this year, last time I went was in 1991. This coaster was there then so much older than this video said.
I agree it’s not rides you do in the middle of summer out that way. Reason we went in winter.
I love how everything is very much rider beware and not controlled by cotton wooling everything.
Who thought that CGI monkey looked good? Lol nightmare fuel for sure.
I actually rode that coaster at Sports Plus! Only a handful of coasters were on the island and I rode them all. It’s a shame that was a great place that never lasted. All local high schools and colleges got hockey programs that later failed. Why? Cause we needed Whole Foods and LA Fitness for some reason.
I went on the aerial glide at Shipley glen when I was 5 and I'm now 37 it was unsafe then. I lived in a nearby town. For you to make a video of this very small place and attraction from America must have taken some research. People in the UK haven't heard of it. Hats off to you
10:20 The years of having to deal with Swiper were not kind on Boots.
I love how you mentioned Black Stone Cherry!!! They are one of my all time favorite bands and one of the best live acts that I have ever seen!
Holy Moley how did you find out about Shipley Glen?. As an enthusiast I didn't even think of it as a cred that I had. I do remember being caught by a guy at the bottom which thinking back was super weird and the park having a really cool arcade with obscure vintage games. Only the tramway on the glen now exists now but this video invoked such a cool memory.
4:45
Purple, yellow, black and white, you say?
NON-BINARY ROLLERCOASTER
This video is WOKEEEEEE
The sponsor integration was definitely worth the wait : ) Hopefully they are very happy with it and congrats on getting the monetization opportunities - your content is great so you deserve that.
I rode jungle coaster in 2018 on a family trip, it was a pretty weird ride but had great views, and i was honestly kind of nervous going into it because of how random and new of a ride it was. that park itself is an awesome tourist attraction. i think i might have been the first coaster enthusiast to ride that coaster too, lol
Hey! Not sure what kind of video it would fit into, but I've never seen it mentioned in any video. I would love to see you cover The Coaster in Vancouver, Canada. It's in Playland at the PNE and it is a fun, super wild ride with no seatbelts! I think they say it's the oldest wooden coaster in North America as well? Would love to see what you find about it. Great vid as always, even if it's a reupload ;)
I rode the Typhoon model at Santas Village in Illinois back in early 2000's, (the one that would eventually be relocated to Washington). I can confirm it was a horribly rough experience then as well.
It was said that Spiral Coaster did operate in Kuwait until 2005 and was left SBNO until 2017
6:50 The „Urzeitwald“ was one of my favourite amusement parks when I was a child. I am living in the near of the town (1 hour with car). The „Ritt auf dem Flugsaurier“ was the best attraction of the park after the water sliding thing. In the near was not really an other amusement park, so we always went in there.
I was literally watching the old version when it was deleted
Lol, same
Same
Same
That Perosaur coaster is really cool
The bird heads on RC Racer's train reminds me of Gatekeeper's.
Thanks as always for featuring my music 😊💚
While I don't go to amusement parks anymore, I truly enjoy your videos! there really informative and sometimes really funny!!!😊
5:52 This “zipline” is actually a “rail zipline” or zip coaster. I’ve ridden an identical one at Ventura Park, also in Cancún. It’s called Tarzania, and I count it as a roller coaster due to it having a powered lift hill and track. As far as I know there are only two of its kind in the world.
i've gotten weirdly close to riding a top fun typhoon in my life. one operated in medan, indonesia, but during my visit i was not in fact tall enough to ride. years later it was relocated to jakarta, the very city i live in, but it fsr never went into operation and is presumably scrap metal now
9:03 Roller Coaster is a phenomenal name for a roller coaster.
Edit: there are at least twenty roller coasters named Roller Coaster. 😳
Green valley farm is sick
Always happy to see an upload from you, love your videos mate!
Hey, that one looks pretty cool. 6:50
I’ve been on Frankenstein coaster and it’s interesting to say the least.
Honestly the Australian “roller coaster” seems like something y grandpa would have built. There’s even a picture of me riding on this old rust bucket of a tractor he built out of spare parts
Marvelous content as always! Thank you for another great piece!
I always enjoy your videos, but hearing 'trough' pronounced to rhyme with 'though' caught me off guard.
You should do a video on Skytrak (Manchester UK) world’s first flying coaster that ran on a single rail and was one person per car. Was only open for one year as the venue closed down and didn’t and it had too much down time.
Number 15 Burger King Foot Coaster
Bit of a shame that Indonesia's Tamigo coasters don't make it to the list, pretty innovative concrete side friction coasters, completing the polymer (wood), metal (steel), and ceramic (concrete) material trifecta
Thanks Theme Park Crazy for another Video upload I'm from the UK there's not Many theme parks in the UK as most are Abandoned or left to Rot some of the Coasters in this video were strange I really did like the back yard coaster that looked like Fun I hope there was a restraint in the small cart thanks for sharing.
U-shaped Roller Coaster opened before RC Racer.
Yeah, and it doesn't show up on rcdb because Duane never updated it from 'sit down' to wing when he created that category within the site.
Does anyone else think Magic Mountain's colors make it look like a Beetlejuice coaster?
Great video🎉
And I feel like the aerial glide could be easily recreated in a backyard
I pay for RUclips premium yet for several minutes at the beginning of this video I was inundated with ads from the channel creator!
Omg the thriller coaster in Lake Grove at Sports Plus!! I used to ride it all the time, it was my first coaster as a kid! I can’t believe the carts still exist!! I guess I need to take a trip to Canada
I grew up on Long Island going to sports plus all the time! I LOVED the thriller coaster. I often wondered where it went to when the Sports Plus shut down. I kind of assumed they passed it on to another local park on Long Island. I’m glad it’s getting some good use north of the border! Enjoy it ya’ll it’s sooo fun!
15:44 please do a failed coaster episode on it! love your videos
Good choice.
"Come on kids, time to ride Roller Coaster!!"
I have ridden Brake Run Helix, and i got to say the track was Really smooth, I think Skyline could be the next big Family/Kiddie coaster manufacturer if all their coasters run as smooth as that!
I rode Magic Mountain at Frejus in August. Easily the roughest coaster ever! I smashed my ear against the restraints and left the ride with blood pouring down the side of my face. The things we do for a coaster credit lol
Another strange coaster in my memory is the Pie Coaster from Family Double Dare on Nickelodeon! You could only ride it if you were on the show. Two small hills then went through a giant pie
I remember riding Aerial Glide as a kid.
Sorry for the double comment, but I had to give a big shout-out to Jungle Coaster. Went down there for a quinceanera party three weeks ago and we hit up the fun park. It's definitely not your garden variety adventure park. I can't recommend it enough, especially if you got kids between 13 and 18. Fun for the whole family.
Some of these remind me of theme park video games. I love those😂🎉
No wonder checking off rollercoasters is the kind of hobby that could keep you busy until you die.
That's so awesome that the #1 spot goes to an Intamin! I love Intamin but they sure have some weird coaster designs! Such an innovative manufacturer and I love how far they've come 💙💙💙
Magic Mountain coaster does look like something from coaster tycoon
W video. its always awesome to see green valley farm get the recognition it deserves
Had to do Frankencoaster, rough ride but a good credit to get.
Interestingly the annual checks are done by mechanics from Canada's wonderland
Ain’t no way you got 2 sponsers
Those rides look like fun to ride. I wish they still be open today 🎉😊
I went in the frank n coaster it’s pretty cool😅
I feel like you should do a Michigan adventures overview video as it really doesn’t get enough love from cedar fair.
Why are you saying the Sky Plaza Comet never operated? RCDB says it operated from 1996-1999.
Would love to see you make a video on movies that are set in a theme park or that feature a really cool ride. LOVE the movie Funhouse. Movies create their own rides too, ones we wish were real! Just a thought!
I genuinely thought i had made the Aerial Glide up. Holy shit, thanks for unlocking this memory, i have a very fuzzy recollection of it, but i definitely rode it.
I hate when RUclips makes people I subscribed too re-upload videos. I feel like the first time I saw this was a fever dream.
Did it get deleted because of demonetization and/or copyright strikes?
well you can't make every body happy there is always a critic in the bunch
The r.c racer is a roller coaster according to the rcdb ( roller coaster data base)
Is anyone going to talk about that Believe it or not museum
And I would have loved to have rideden a pipeline/spiral coaster
The rollercoaster in top of burger King is actually in canada
I would travel just to see a rollercoaster, you know?
A Black Stone Cherry reference?! In 2023?!?!
Best video ever
I tuned out after the second ad and being 2 mins and 30 seconds into the video before you even start.
I coaster I once rode that I found wired was rodelbaan at waarbeek. its the second oldest steel coaster. the ride itself isn't that weird. but it looks like a very cheap backyard coaster, also with a brake more intense than that on arieforce one
10:21 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Really sad that the number 1 coaster on this list never actually got to be used. I can understand the safety concerns, but it still feels like a waste going to all that trouble to build something for people to enjoy, only to turn around and never let it be used.
The OP is wrong with that one. I’ve personally seen it operating at Al-shaab park in Kuwait, I was a kid at the time (2006) and too scared to ride it but it was functional nevertheless. But it’s worthy to mention that it was closed often for maintenance.
my dumbass thought surfshark was the name of a coaster for a split second
Reupload?
I pinned a comment explaining it.
2:38
Ahhh surf shark
December is ending very soon, plus I REALLY WANT TO SEE THE NEW FOR 2024 coasters video, NOOOWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!🥺🥹😰🫨😢
I went on the Frank’ N Coaster last year, and it was a rough ride, but super fun with great views and some exhilarating moments where the coaster felt like it would fly off the tracks before sharply turning! For the cheap price of the tickets, I would definitely recommend it!
hi
I did not like cgi monkey mascot
Seriously, you use that hunk of junk from NSW and not luna parks coaster with a driver
Ads ads ads. What a sell out
You have to listen to 15 ads from RUclips to watch a video and now every single single creator has a 1 to 2 minute long ad about a VPN or some kind of online video game that nobody cares about. It's freaking ridiculous especially considering how low budget your videos are. At some point your audience will get tired of this
Bro I rode the Frank N’roller coaster at Niagara falls and it was so jerky if felt like the ride was gonna fall off
Too many ads
I unsubscribed
@@unfeomateohow can you watch youtube with ads, i couldn't handle a single ad anymore so just pay like 10 bucks a month or so
Can we have another a video called best themed parks/rides
