Yes this window has 6 total. 3 on each side. Many window manufacturers may differ on the amount of weep holes.

We have casement windows in a new construction home and a couple are leaking when it rains heavy with wind. Should the flaps on the weak holes be down or pushed in? They flap inwards and once they do you can’t get them down.
