It's so hard to keep back tears listening. Such a nostalgic feeling that I get from the middle earth series that I won't get in any other series. 😢 It's so sad that we won't ever see another middle earth story brought to the big screen. I'm glad to see all the love for The Hobbit in the comments. A lot of people I know/have reviewed the movies don't like them for some reason. In a lot of ways I like them more than The Lord of the Rings. Part of it is I enjoy the Hobbit book more than the LotR books.

I’ve never read the books just seen the movies, I love the chemistry between kili and tauriel, they are my favourite relationship. I’ve heard that an elf can only love once in a lifetime and that often an elf can die after a heartbreak. If this is true then it makes this relationship even sadder, it makes this relationship unique. I was so shocked and sad when kili died, and tauriel loved him and may not love someone again. I love the hobbit movies even though I think I prefer LTR. The hobbit is the same vibe as lord of the rings but with a different story, I discovered things about dwarves and I never thought I would cry for a dwarf. Tell me if I’m wrong pls
