So I have a question about this method. See if you enable all the options etc.. and in the long term of the firestick how will this work out? Will the firestick work forever? See how we disabled auto-updates by amazon do we need updates on our firestick to keep it running in terms of functionality? Just wondering how will this be good for the long-term? Will we run into issues? And yeah don't get me wrong my firestick is super fast not as you say "Flying firestick".

I really appreciate all of the very valuable work that you do and share with us. I followed this video and was checking off the ones you suggested, but then you went on to how to download the bloatware toolbox. So I am left with a whole lot of lines after the (fire TV Recast). Which ones of those should we check off? ie. Tahoe, jackson19, etc

Flying Firestick. I don't have a os7 device but a great video. I am currently using the debloater for my 2 os6 devices and would love a debloater tool for the os5. I know that will not likely happen as real old devices, but my 2 2nd gen Firetv's are still killer devices!

Love your videos! I have used this tool (debloat 7). Most things worked except the HELP option in settings. I have tried turning everything back on, but there are some that remain checked, even after I have unchecked them. How do I force them active? Am I going to do a factory restore? Some of the checked-off ones include some of the Prime Video, and even when Amazon gave it to me free, I couldn't get it to work.

Hi TD' many thanks for the FireOS 7 debloat tool' i have disabled everything on my fire stick lite and it worked a treat the device feels so much quicker especially on app startups :) the only problem i have found is that when i go into settings/network when i press play pause button to check my network status nothing happens. any ideas which package it could be that needs to be enabled again for it to work thanks again. ; )

Hey man! This is great and freed a lot of space for me, but I have a question. I was trying to play my Xbox and I was just getting a black screen when I selected my input. I reenabled everything and my input worked. Could you tell me what controls the inputs so I know what to keep on? Thanks.

Is there a way to adjust the TCP/IP settings in the firestick for the TTL parameter ?? Link module or APK that can adjust this?
I recently downloaded the latest Unified Debloat Tool and it actually was working at the beginning. but once I turned off FS 4k Max, they started running in the background again. IE: Amazon Kids, Live Shopping, etc. Will they eventually start running in the background again? I'm going to redo the checkboxes to see if it stops them again.

Okay I am actually watching AFTER I did the process. The version of ES is the pro version I already had. I assume it doesn’t matter if I successfully deleted everything? And can I uninstall this app after I’m finished to save that extra space as well?

Been using DNS Changer Lili to block ads on various apps, but since using the Debloater I get ads popping up all over. Is there a particular section I might reenable to stop that, that might affect DNS?

Hi sorry just some advice can u ADB into a firestick to factory reset it I've used the bloatware tool I deactivated all options but looks like I didn't save , so I've factory reset the stick, registered successfully , connected to WiFi , but now stuck trying to connect to Amazon.co.uk any advice would be great thanks

Hey, my friend how are you I'm experiencing an issue with the debloat tool on my firestick lite I don't know if anyone else is. For whatever reason when I installed it and set it up I ticked the options that I didn't need and when I restarted my firestick all my options were ticked again I did this twice and the same thing happened
Doc i have a question i should have asked you this first because you are the tech doc lol. I just got a shield and love it but if im running my VPN for a certain "event" tonight, do I want to leave the location status in settings to off or on?? And do i ever change that based on any situations?

@@TechDoctorUK Thanks for replying Doc its Express VPN just trying to set it up correctly for tonight if i watch a certain "event", ive used the f.s. for a year never had an issue first time on shield i meant the location of the actual shield setting not express vpn app itself(im guessing i always allow location on Express app itself too huh??)
@@TechDoctorUK hey doc instead of using my shield I'm taking my 4K FS to someone else's house now I'm set up with real debrid and a VPN on that stick I know I'm going to have to plug into his Wi-Fi but I don't have to reauthorize real debrid or my VPN app huh?

There is nothing in the latest update that will break Wolf. Its just some security updates.

try using vpn and set it for uk or usa for pluto tv. vpn has to be set for usa for tubi to work

hey techdoctoruk can you help me out.... i have the 2nd gen. firecube with the amazon ethernet adaptor pugged into it. is there a way i can plug an otg cable to the other side of the ethernet adaptor to use my air mouse remote?
You need to buy an otg cable and a USB ethernet hub like this amzn.to/2TNenbm
That will give you ethernet functionality as well as 3 full size USB ports
