Sir, I have some questions (doubts) regarding limitless replicative potential ...
      1. What are the causes of limitless replicative potential , I mean how cells acquire LRP, what causes cells to acquire LRP ?
      2. The results of limitless replicative potential
      3. Is limitless replicative potential causes telomere length maintenance, evading cellular senescence, evading apoptosis or these mechanisms are not caused by Limitless replicative potential , they caused by another mutations and they are the cause of cell acquire LRP ? Which one is correct in the answer of 3rd question ?
Sir, please help I have these 3 questions then my doubts are clear about LRP.....please help me....🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Is there the possibility in tobacco smokers that p53 is over expressed and over active due to the constant DNA damage resulting from DNA being constantly bombarded by Benzo-Pyrenes, Benzene, amines and phenols etc from tobacco smoke? So smokers could actually have a stronger DNA repair mechanism than non smokers?

the idea of oncogenesis from the somatic mutation theory is a downstream epiphenomenon
there is an experiment by TN seyfred "cancer as a metabolic disease " in which he transferred the cancer cell nucleus to the enucleated normal cell and normal cell nucleus to the enucleated cancer cell. the results in first case the cancer cell nucleus + normal cell cytoplasm gave raise to normal cells, while the normal cell nucleus + cancer cell cytoplasm gave raise to cancer cell this indicate that nuclear DNA that means oncogenes and tumor supressor genes had downstream role not the main role
the idea of somatic mutation theory is an outdated idea
