edit: yup I can confirm any chapter after chapter 3 so in chapter 4 you can already farm fireworks

I absolutely despise Asian outfits, specifically when it's on a non-Asian girl, as the opposite almost never happens and annoys the fuck out of me seeing that (The only Dragon Empery girls with any actual non-Asian outfits is An Shan and Harbin, with Harbin more so, as Bikinis are a French invention). So, it doesn't matter who gets the outfit, I'm more than likely not buying it.
I'd gladly buy an Alabama outfit, as long as it has non-Asian inspiration.
And, yes, that also means I'm not interested in basically any of the outfits this patch, but Alabama's one actually makes me a bit angry.
