In Japan it is very often the case that "world" is used with the same meaning as "universe" so the universe thing is more likely. It is like with, well, take for example Dragon Ball Super when Zenou-sama says "this world must disappear" and actually means the entire universe.
This is old news. They already said a long time ago that Shinra descendants from FFX traveled to Gaia to find a better energy source as the farplane wasn't good enough.
Thank you very much, hopefully this will help us kick things up a notch. The more we get likes and comments and subscribes the more we can try delve deeper and get more answers to everyones questions!
It takes place in Japan. Holy crap. So many were adamant claiming midgar was america lmao now they can gtfo. Not everything you look at is america. So glad they're debunked.
Makes me wonder if they will take the time to add in something from ff 10 to legitimize this claim. I kind of hope do since it is a remake. It can be subtle.
@@trilfy FFX & FFVII are connected and take place in Japan? How does that work? Japan just one country in Asia, not an entire planet's worth of landmass, and its certainly not a place of magical crystal balls, time-traveling tulpa athletes, and spikey-haired superhumans. This just tells me that Kitase was a bit confused by the questioning. When he confirmed that FFVII was set in Japan, he also said that FFX had a "taste" of Japan, as if to say that the games' aesthetics were merely inspired by the the country, not the country itself.
That's not how information is canoncially presented, and he's clearly fucking with people. They are not canonically linked. No matter what any member of the team says or what easter eggs appear. The team is being referential. The stories are definitively not connected.
David Knowles i liked FFVIII. Although the junction system is repulsive especially to me on the first playthrough. If it does get a remake they better add more post game. It was so dull after starting disc 4 with places being cut off.
I hope dumb fucking asses stop asking for remakes! Look how they butchered FF7 Remake! They'll do the same shit with FFVIII. Leave the fucking games alone dumb fucks!
After FFVIIR I'd love a game that officially makes that connection. It'd be a crazy ride seeing the citizens of Spira head to Gaia. Unless Spira is Wutai. Similar landmass.
I do love the idea of the games connected but that makes me think of Sin... is a weapon? like ruby and emerald? what happend with the materia in FFX? people ussing magic in FFX is a result of the experiments with the Jenova cells?
That was sure nice of him to take time out of his day to meet you in the subway for an interview. Thank you for this, Kitase-san! Chrono Trigger is the best thing you've ever made and my favorite game!
Thanks to everyone's support and comments it's starting to pick up... the more views and likes, subs etc we get the better the chance we will have to get more interviews like these. Thank you!
Spira and Gaia are connected imo. I don't think they are the same world. Nojima: ”After quitting the Gullwings, Shinra received enormous financial support from Rin, and began trying to use Vegnagun to siphon Mako Energy from the Farplane. But, he is unable to complete the system for utilizing this energy in his generation, and in the future, when traveling to distant planets becomes possible, the Shin-Ra Company is founded on another world, or something like that……. That would happen about 1000 years after this story, I think.“
Confirmed the lifestream created Cloud to protect the planet. Just like the souls created Tidus to protect Spira. It’s the only thing that explains why Cloud could overpower Sephiroth, survive being stabbed through the chest and spine, and sleep in a mako tank for several years. A dream within a dream within a dream. I wonder what the actual world of 7 and 10 really looks like now. Technically we could have just been playing a dream inside the planet. Who knows.
It is hard to ask creators such a question. Especially find the right wording. Altogether there is the fact that Nojima-san is the main writer. It is basically just a repeat of already answered questions which I would not say is very nice.
wouldn't surprise me if they are just saying this so they can take a shortcut an use FF10 assets in this remake. Of all the horrible things they are doing to this great game, this would be the least horrible part.
Get To the choppa why? There's plenty of turn base games. SE always tried improving FF with every entry. If they go back to it they'll be taking steps backwards and that's not what they want.
Dont worry. He just means the remake and the more recent things. It is gonna be back at some point. (There is also an interview with one of the people who worked on the series who said that they are considering going back to their roots)
FinalShadow17 I couldn’t disagree with you more, Final Fantasy VII (and all the classic turn based Final Fantasy games) has levels of depth that modern games do not achieve, although many newer fans prefer the combat systems from the Square-Enix age games I strongly and completely know that turn based combat has a place in the modern spectrum of games, there are moments that simply cannot be achieved by open combat systems, I think if they truly decided to explore turn based combat again, which they should for FFVII remake in particular to preserve the soul of the original title, that the results would be extraordinary. Sadly I’m more of the impression that this game will never get the treatment it deserves, I feel as though changes are definitely important to the concept of bringing FFVII to modern consoles, changes to combat are welcome however achieving equal depth may be impossible.
+Painmaster212 He didn't say a definitive answer though, he pretty much said that maybe it could have taken place within two weeks, so I'd go with the answer that was researched and speculated to be correct by fans, rather than a maybe that was answered to an on the spot question.
Specially, the timeline says Cloud knew Aerith two weeks before she died, it was another week while Cloud was in a coma, then the end of the game a few days after that. That's three weeks at the most. Fans shorten it down to just 2 weeks usually because Cloud's coma. That Ultimania Omega timeline is an absolute joke. The reason Kitase was so unsure was because he had never heard that before but since fans are saying it they must have heard it from some "official" source and he didn't want to contradict anything. But, he sort of proved that those guidebooks are a waste of money since the creator's don't even fact check it.
Those are questions for the main writer, not for Kitase-san who was also partly involved in the story but did not write every single word. For actual details such as those they would need Kazushige Nojima.
I don't believe that people are focusing on "VII and X are the same universe", when the real news is elsewhere. Why would they refuse to port FF8 to iOS/PS4? What's going on here..? What are they planning to do with it?? Could the reason be that Squall and co. might be making a... different form of comeback? Of the Remake variety??
Think is, they should've already ported it quite some time ago, since they already did it with VII and IX. The fact that they haven't chosen to, I think is very suspicious.
By any chance, you couldn't ask him more informations about FF7 Remake ? I mean, it was a great shot to have more informations about it, since you were with the producer of the remake :(
Come one man, he obviously won't reveal anything about the remake to two "nobodies" :) (I'm not saying it in a rude manner, just couldn't find a better word; English isn't my native language, sorry!). Those reveals are for big events like E3, Gamescom, TGS etc...
FF8 Actually has a secret dungeon which is not shown in the map, where you can actually get Bahamut and Eden, after fighting Ultima Weapon which wields Cloud's Ultima Weapon. Also there are crazy hints that Rinoa is indeed Ultimecia, not to mention that Ultimecia's weapon in Dissidia are the Pinwheel which Rinoa used.
Best interview in the history of interviews! Very well done and to get that amount of participation from the horses mouth is just mind-blowing! Good job guys! You got a sub
Here is some questions : - Is FFVIIR will come out near KHIII - They said that we were about to get news about FFVIIR this year but we almost got nothing. Will next year be a better year for news/trailer? - Can we expect a demo or a beta in the future?
We won't get any news this year. After they parted ways with cyberconnect2 they stated they had to relook at what they should keep and what should go. They said there are alot of cutscenes already done though. 2018 will be a better year they are aiming for. 2018 in right around the corner
I can already answer the first question: No the FF7R will not come out near KH3. They are planning one big triple A game a year and next year is KH3 so 2019 or later will be FF7R.
Hasn't the 'VII and X are in the same world/universe' thing been confirmed for a long time now? I feel like I remember that being mentioned in the X-2 Ultimania or something.
A lot of these rumors we brought up have been talked about before, but its always hard to prove the source. Thanks for the comment, and hopefully thanks to all the support we will get another chance to do videos like these in the near future.
Jiet Miya VIII was my first. Watched my older brother play through VII entirely, and when VIII my brother joined the military so I went out and bought it myself to experience. Was my first final fantasy purchase personally and invested an entire summer vacation into it. I would love a remake of it also
PSN version for vita would be good. But better would be a PS4 version. I'd love there to be like a FF7 anthology or something with all the games remade.
Most disappointing comment: “x FF will not ever return to turn based combat”.... That means an awesome part of the series and what would have made FF7 remake for me a truly perfect game.
to me having turn based combat and creating a large scale, living, breathing open world for us to explore should have been two of the primary goals of this remake.
I don't really have a problem with it....imo I feel why not, may make the story feel more immersive being able to run around and hack n slash kingdom hearts style and add intensity to the fights. I loved the turn based style, but since it's the remake why not. Can always go back to the original if I hate it.
What event are they thinking about talking about FFVII Remake news? Also can they say how many fans based ideas they are putting into the game at the moment? Percentage if is possible.
so far they seem to be ignoring everything fans want, no turn based battles, releasing it in chapters which no one wanted, massive story rewrites, an so on and so forth.
The fact that he confirmed FFX and FFVII being in the same universe (common link being Shinra) made me super happy. No wonder those are my two favorites. Very pleasant knowing this now. I'm happy they are taking their time with the Remake, because it's a lot to work with. There's gonna be a lot of high expectations with it. Hoping the gameplay is gonna be great (I love turn-based so I am sad that's no longer a thing) and the voice acting is my biggest concern. But still super excited. :D Great interview
People denying the ff7 and ffx link are literal cloud fanboys that think ff7 is the only game in the world and thus they are a plague on the entire gaming industry as a whole.
Im a huge FF3 (FF6) fan, its by far my favorite by far. Ive beaten it so many times. There are so many things I need to know. Like since they hinted that Relm is Shadow's daughter then who is her mother?? Its never even been hinted at any point. SO many things I need to know!
the cuckold DadeC0untyBoi's Master Let's see how they do VII first, if they mess it up or turn average or mediocre, I'd rather have VI to be next victim.
Regulus Infinitum yeah but the whole need for a 7 remake was based on both the factor that it’s widely considered the best, but at the same time it’s the most not aged well game in the franchise...this is only followed up by 8-9 and just saying that given the woodwork is already laid in pre render...it would take SO much longer to remake a bit game from the ground up.
Regarding the potential for an FF6R, he's already said earlier this year that: "The possibility is high but only after FF7R is completed". Also wow you guys are awesome and if you can sate my curiosity by asking Kitase this question i will total die for you guys if need be. Now i know the combat and the materia system are a closely guarded secret at the moment because they want to get it right but the one thing that's killing me on the inside is not knowing if the one thing i loved about the FF7 combat will appear in this remake. So here's my question: Will the "Enemy Skill" materia and the "Contain" materia be a part of FF7R? Collecting all the abilities from enemies throughout the game and pulling them out to use on a tough boss was hands down my fav part of combat in the original game.
Snow Villiers is obviously still a popular character given to his recent Nissan commercial too, so will Snow have his own game in the future relating to his adventure during his disappearance in FF13-2, and how he ended up at the Colosseum and becoming the Patron at Yusnan? He should, it sounds like a great opportunity of an incredible game, it would also show us how he matures and copes with his own failure.
knowing square's history with releasing ff games, I'd say it be a smart move to save money for a ps5 just in case, cause it wouldn't be a surprise if it ends up being a ps5 game due to the release taking too long.
I love that they get a chance to pick the mind of one of the best sources for the Final Fantasy universe, and then proceed to ask him the dumbest bullshit possible. Such a waste.
Oh man I was literally writing the same thing! I would have asked him if there were future plans for a continuation of FFT. Or some specific lore questions (the Sephiroth, Aerith blood connection was good, along with the Gilgamesh). Also the FF7 / FFX-2 connection has been discussed already.. His confirmation here means literally nothing and they act like God just gave them a hand job.
I actually could not believe how wasteful their questions were. How "reporters" like these guys even got a chance to interview ANYONE working for Square-Enix, with pathetic questions like these, is completely beyond me. Pathetic.
Awesome! After just some minutes already clicked the subscribe button. May you ask again some time about the relation of FFII and FFIV? Seems like Kain was raised by Ricard from FFII... And DK Cecil's sword belongs also to a dark knight from the past...
I have a serious question, could you ask him next time, if Sephiroth and Cloud Strife was loosely inspired by the Chinese comic characters wind and cloud from Fung Wan?
Here's a question for Kitase-san. When will Square Enix work in collaboration with Bandai Namco to create a Final Fantasy, Dragon Quest & Namco Tales collaboration game? They talked about it in 2013, and have been silent ever since.
I have trouble understanding how FF7 and FFX could exist in the same universe and be connected, let alone in the same world. Shinra is confirmed as 67 during FF7 and indeed couldn't be more than 70 in appearance. Assuming that Shinra in FFX was preteen (to give the best possible scenario), we're saying that in ~60 years: Blitzball (which the whole continent revolved around) was forgotten almost completely and devolved into nothing more than soccer; Spira was renamed to Gaia; the Al-Bhed got rid of the gene that caused a swirly iris pattern; Shinra was able to build a gigacity that not only produced more power than the rest of the world combined, but also got the rest of the world hooked on their power; and people turning into fiends if they're not sent or don't accept their death just stopped being a thing. None of this adds up. Even if we go with the info that @Süheda states below me, we're still throwing a lot of FF7 canon out of the window. The game itself states that the Cetra were the natives of Gaia and those that grew tired of the endless migrations settled to create the world we see during the game. There was no interplanetary travel ever mentioned in the game's history books that Sephiroth himself poured over, unless you count Jenova. Frankly though, it's not that big of a change. What is a big change is that Shinra was TRYING to get into space for the FIRST TIME a few years before FF7 occurred. That's Cid's whole story arc gone! You don't just forget space travel existed if you landed on a planet and had the wherewithal to build a megacity, even if you passed quite a few generations on that rock. The only alternative I can think of is that the Cetra were actually interplanetary travelers from Spira who landed on Gaia, lost ALL of their technology (again), renamed themselves the Cetra, had the gall to call themselves the original peoples, AND had mystical powers to heal the land. That's still a hard sell, especially since they had no such power during FFX and would likely grow to rely more on machina after its events. Even if this did happen, then we face another problem of how did the Shinra of FF7 ever learn of the technology that the Shinra of FFX prototyped if all of that was lost? That was still a thousand years before LANDING on Gaia, nevermind the time it took to reach their current tech level. That info would likely not be included on a space ship's database; a millennium-old dead-end doesn't seem that necessary for space travel. Even if it WAS included, what hope does FF7 Shinra have of even interpreting the information of a long-lost civilization if it was unrecoverable to the original peoples? That would be like losing our technology for HDDs and SSDs, finding them in a crypt, and then not only correctly guessing their power supply, but also the exact amount of power needed to not only interface with them, but also not fry them in the process. Oh yeah, never mind all the bits between your drive and your monitor AND they'd be in an unknowable language because there's not exactly a Rosetta Stone. Okay, but what if the FF7 Shinra reinvented the tech without ever knowing about FFX Shinra's research? The answer is that them being connected then serves no purpose to any story, because nothing from Spira makes it to Gaia apart from its peoples' genetics. Might as well have just stick to the original story. I'm all ready and willing to bend some lore to make it fit, but we're talking about core concepts and logical hurdles, here; the only things that match are Shinra's name (which FFs borrow each others' names as homages, anyway), an afterlife (which doesn't even follow the same rules, but being a different world and entity could work), and similar warfare tech. tl;dr No scenario logically adds up to Spira and Gaia being the same world or even the latter being a settled world. The same goes for the Shinra of FF7 being or knowing about the Shinra of FFX-2.
This Q and A is awesome. If possible I would like them to ask if it's possible to have a ff vii - 2. An alternate story or an IF story where Zack survived the crisis core story line and once again our main hero to use.
Despite being officially listed as 1.73 m tall (the same height as Cloud and a little shorter than Squall), in Dissidia, Zidane is much shorter than the other two, and is in fact one of the shortest fighters in the game. Why?
watched this for the FF7 - FF10 connected bit.. But... I'm a bit sad they said they wont go back to normal turn based combat! I thought FF10 did it so well! The fact you could swap characters on the fly. See when your turn was going to be so you could strategize when you were going to do what. It made it my favourite in terms of battle mechanics.
It's too late to turning back, they already earned new fans who buy action element rpg and lose old fans who don't like it, it would be a big gamble to turning back.
Would they consider making "FFVII remake" and giver players the option to use that new fight technique or use the classic turn based fight style if they want that? (Best option guaranteed is to give both options) I and many other would love the classic turn based combat!!
I would love to know if Square Enix want to make a new game for Parasite Eve series considering the FF7 Remake trailer has a hidden easter egg showing the main character Aya Brea from the PE franchise , we need hope please .. bring this franchise back :)
Here is my question - Will they have an option in the settings menu to alter between the new battle system they are likely installing and the old one that came with the game. It would be awesome if they didn't limit everyone to what they think we want and instead give us choices on how to play the game?
He said the game is base on fans how they want it, so why the haters hating? Game looks great, same story, same scenes. What u want? Turn base? But the story and scenes are same...
Holy shit confirmed FFVII AND FFX IS THE SAME UNIVERSE!! MY GOODNESS.
Same world, not same universe! ;D
the fuck does that mean?
"Same house, not the same neighborhood!"
oh no. please let it not be. the same.
In Japan it is very often the case that "world" is used with the same meaning as "universe" so the universe thing is more likely. It is like with, well, take for example Dragon Ball Super when Zenou-sama says "this world must disappear" and actually means the entire universe.

markwaty1 most likely. They're trying to progress but after a while you can only be so advance and they'll probably miss the midevil settings too
I miss the sword and magic, wooden airships, that for me what makes Final Fantasy a "Fantasy game".
I agree they have gone way too far cyberpunk. I miss the older aesthetic. That aesthetic with modern graphics would be amazing to see.
Well final xvi (16) is in medieval age so yes

We won't get any news this year. After they parted ways with cyberconnect2 they stated they had to relook at what they should keep and what should go. They said there are alot of cutscenes already done though. 2018 will be a better year they are aiming for. 2018 in right around the corner
I can already answer the first question: No the FF7R will not come out near KH3. They are planning one big triple A game a year and next year is KH3 so 2019 or later will be FF7R.
If were lucky it will come out a year after KH3
Exactly, that is the perfect way to put it.
JoasXCloud highly doubt ff7 remake episode 1 will come out in 2018
Thank you for making this video
Hasn't the 'VII and X are in the same world/universe' thing been confirmed for a long time now? I feel like I remember that being mentioned in the X-2 Ultimania or something.
BlueMageDanny seeing Kitase on video confirming it is more gratifying. I’m sure in some ways you feel the same. 👍
A lot of these rumors we brought up have been talked about before, but its always hard to prove the source. Thanks for the comment, and hopefully thanks to all the support we will get another chance to do videos like these in the near future.
@@edamamearcade And it never happened again. :/
def wanna know if there will be a VIII remake lol
Jiet Miya VIII was my first. Watched my older brother play through VII entirely, and when VIII my brother joined the military so I went out and bought it myself to experience. Was my first final fantasy purchase personally and invested an entire summer vacation into it. I would love a remake of it also
TheThreePocketProtekteers not my first FF, but def my fave. Glad that the game made a huge impact on you. that's the magick ov final fantasy.
FF7 has to be my favorite rpg, will there be more to do on the remake?
Squall didn't die, end of the conversation
Is it possible to get a remake/complete version of crisis core. Or at least the psn version for vita. God I loved that game. Vita please.
Can always go back to the original if I hate it.
turn base adds more strategy and more thought to the battles.
what strategy ur a character sitting still in a single position
you could say that about Go or Chess, a game being base on strategy doesn't require moment.
Many many non turn based games are just button smashers.
True. I guess we will have to wait and see. Hopefully 2018 gets us a closer look than 2017.
this was awesome he is so open about the development!
Lots of fascinating questions and answers. Well done 😊
Same universe but different planet.
People denying the ff7 and ffx link are literal cloud fanboys that think ff7 is the only game in the world and thus they are a plague on the entire gaming industry as a whole.
A lot of great questions! Now I can’t remember if FFX was millennium BEFORE or AFTER FFVII
Before.
Same planet? Possibly not. He did say 'universe'.
X is before VII. Shinra from X-2 was researching the Farplane and would discover the Lifestream.
TheDanmanz bruh... I was just tagged to this video (again) and realized your comment. Haha!
FF10 happens before FF7 1000 years ago, and both events happend in different planets.
I would cry like a little baby if they announce a FF8 remake !!! I would pay 500 euros, Im obsessed with this game
💚 and hoping for the maybe to turn into a yes concerning FFVIII ps4 port.
Final Fantasy VII's events only occur within two weeks? Really?
Im a huge FF3 (FF6) fan, its by far my favorite by far. Ive beaten it so many times. There are so many things I need to know. Like since they hinted that Relm is Shadow's daughter then who is her mother?? Its never even been hinted at any point. SO many things I need to know!
If 10 and 7 are connected, the Cetra were no doubt Al Bhed. Green eyes being a trademark of both, and of course affinity for technology.
Try and ask, will there be a remake for final fantasy vi?....
boing bryan most definitely not before 8-9
the cuckold DadeC0untyBoi's Master Let's see how they do VII first, if they mess it up or turn average or mediocre, I'd rather have VI to be next victim.
I dont think hes still there.
FF VIII, I'll wait for it.
What's your review?
Snow Villiers is obviously still a popular character given to his recent Nissan commercial too, so will Snow have his own game in the future relating to his adventure during his disappearance in FF13-2, and how he ended up at the Colosseum and becoming the Patron at Yusnan? He should, it sounds like a great opportunity of an incredible game, it would also show us how he matures and copes with his own failure.
Will Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD and Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age see a port to Xbox One or Switch? How about the upscaled ports FFVII/IX ports?
Ruben Uribe HAHAHA IT ACTUALLY DID!
i thought ffvii story took place Dec.9 - late January, about 6 weeks
Aaand Squall is not dead and Rinoa is not ultimecia. that should end the long time life theories tho
What about the 500yrs later scene after the credits in FFVII? It shows RedXIII with his two cubs looking at Midgar
Very interesting q&a
Gotta say... Having subtitles on. Was hilarious what the system thought was being said
I thought it was already confirmed years ago FF7 and FF10 were connected? There is even a Buster Sword for Tidus in the game's files.
knowing square's history with releasing ff games, I'd say it be a smart move to save money for a ps5 just in case, cause it wouldn't be a surprise if it ends up being a ps5 game due to the release taking too long.
they did just that with both FFXIII and versus though. 13 was announced for ps2 and versus was announced for ps3
I want to know if we can get a final fantasy 8 remake after ff7 and a final fantasy7 crisis core HD on the ps4.
Please no
Crisis Core is fine but FF8 needs to be left alone in the dark emo-corner where it came from
Mr Preston I heard 5 and 6 are next hopefully.
I'd enjoy a FF8 remake. IMO the older 16 bit titles should be remade....They'd be very different games now.
ff8 remake
I love that they get a chance to pick the mind of one of the best sources for the Final Fantasy universe, and then proceed to ask him the dumbest bullshit possible. Such a waste.
Justin Meader What would you suggest be relevant questions?
Oh man I was literally writing the same thing! I would have asked him if there were future plans for a continuation of FFT. Or some specific lore questions (the Sephiroth, Aerith blood connection was good, along with the Gilgamesh). Also the FF7 / FFX-2 connection has been discussed already.. His confirmation here means literally nothing and they act like God just gave them a hand job.
I actually could not believe how wasteful their questions were. How "reporters" like these guys even got a chance to interview ANYONE working for Square-Enix, with pathetic questions like these, is completely beyond me. Pathetic.
Tell me the truth Sid is a timelord.
Modig Cid*
More of an interdimensional being due to him living in multiple universes.
Yeah let's not freaking ask when will we get news on Final Fantasy VII Remake… let's not… OF COURSE
It's possible he told them off camera that he could not publicly comment on FFVIIR
Awesome! After just some minutes already clicked the subscribe button.
May you ask again some time about the relation of FFII and FFIV? Seems like Kain was raised by Ricard from FFII... And DK Cecil's sword belongs also to a dark knight from the past...
Are we getting Crisis Core HD for the PS4?
Will we ever get free control of the airships and an open world map that was available from 1-9 on modern platforms?
Will Cloud's Crossdressing also be a feature? XD
i think they already confirmed it
Mind blowing that final fantasy vii and ffx are in same world
oh cool you guys asked my question, nice
Why are we never going back to the classic ATB battle system in the main Final Fantasy series? And why is Hiroyuki Ito not on the team like he was?
I got a question: When is the official release date of Final Fantasy VII Remake?!
Are Final Fantasy III and Final Fantasy VIII in the same world? 👀
I have a serious question, could you ask him next time, if Sephiroth and Cloud Strife was loosely inspired by the Chinese comic characters wind and cloud from Fung Wan?
"Turn based combat? No." Fuck, I'm done.
@Aaron9 LMAO
this was great. thanks
But p.ou
When can we see more FF7R trailers / gameplay videos?
Here's a question for Kitase-san. When will Square Enix work in collaboration with Bandai Namco to create a Final Fantasy, Dragon Quest & Namco Tales collaboration game? They talked about it in 2013, and have been silent ever since.
Ask when the game comes out on other platforms. Remember this is "First on Playstation" so a timed exclusive.
You mean it will be available on another platforms after PS????
Is FFVII going to be turn based like the original? And are there any plans on remaking or remastering FFVIII &FFIX?
Great interview!
I'll be very happy if they brought Zack Fair back on VII Remake or DLC maybe.
This Q and A is awesome. If possible I would like them to ask if it's possible to have a ff vii - 2. An alternate story or an IF story where Zack survived the crisis core story line and once again our main hero to use.
More on FF9! Best game
Rasuke11 Far from it but the combat and difficulty was lacking.
Despite being officially listed as 1.73 m tall (the same height as Cloud and a little shorter than Squall), in Dissidia, Zidane is much shorter than the other two, and is in fact one of the shortest fighters in the game. Why?
Biggs and Wedge are named after Rebel pilots in Star Wars.
2017 QUESTION OF THE YEAR - Is Agni from Agni's philosophy the main protagonist in Final Fantasy 16?
watched this for the FF7 - FF10 connected bit..
I hope they will remake ff8 too.
I wish you asked about the XIII series coming to PS4.
Dark Pixel Gaming needs to talk about this
Great video!
Yohsinori-san is a good guy
aren't all the games connected through the cleft of dimension. and that's how each appearance of gilgamesh is the same character.
Try asking, Can I make my own Final Fantasy story into a book, film, and a game and publish it in Square Enix?
the Biggs and Wedge question is hilarious.
Great interview I got a question what was the 1/35 solders actually for in ff7 ✌️
Maybe a short Gilgamesh anime that shows him travel through every game he has appeared in
He said the game is base on fans how they want it, so why the haters hating? Game looks great, same story, same scenes. What u want? Turn base? But the story and scenes are same...
