For the moss stitch square I used just one call of the Batik, the Spring Meadow uses one ball of each of the colours, the pastel granny is 2 cakes of the Mandala Baby and the V Stitch Sq is all from one mega yarn cake called the ‘birthday cake’ 💕
I’ve done a lot of your blankets….i just love crocheting in the round, be it square or rectangle because I often don’t really know what size I want so I just keep going until I’m finished………..bye 💁🏼♀️
I saw in your Blossom blanket video you said you could make the blanket larger by increasing the base chain. The question I have is will the flower patterning with the yarn still work out? Or must we keep the size true to your pattern to see those beautiful flowers appear?

I'm really interested in the v stitch square blanket and particularly how you commented that it lies flat. I did one like that in moss stitch following another RUclips tutorial by another RUclipsr - it doesn't lie flat as it bags out in the middle... What did I do wrong??? 😢. This isn't exactly related but I would like to know, are crochet tops comfortable? I want to make one but I'm scared i won't like it and just never wear it
I have one and so does my daughter, I think as long as you choose the right yarn - something soft but keeps its shape - like a mercerised cotton, then they’re really comfy! 🥰
I like the colors, but I'm not comfortable making something from the center out . I've crocheted all my life and always did it side to side, or in the round.
Although the yarn in your v stitch blanket is lovely,the price point is to high as I only crochet for charity,any recommendations for maybe a cheaper price point
I’m not sure about a variegated cake that would have these colours BUT, you could definitely create something very similar by just getting balls of cheaper dk and doing a couple of rounds in each colour and then repeating the same colour pattern a few times as you work up the rounds 🌈

The longer the chain, the less noticeable the flower stripes would be as you ideally need two rows worked in that section of the yarn 🌷
