I just started this and so far its my fav one, I'm making blankets in memory of my mom who I lost Oct 2nd from Alz and Vascular Dementia and she was age 95, I give them to Hospice patients. I try to do a diff stitch for each blanket to help me learn more stitches as I am a visual learner but I also like the easy, fast, stitches that don't eat yarn lol so I can make more faster. Your such a great teacher, I love your videos.
That’s so wonderful to hear and what a beautiful thing to do in memory of your Mom. I’m very sorry for your loss. I’m sure the hospice love to receive your blankets, truly special 🥰🌸
Thank you soooooo much for this tutorial. I usually use much more expensive yarn and more complicated patterns. I bought the yarn as soon as I saw your tutorial and the blanket turns out even better in life than on camera. You gave me the inspiration to do something new and as I donate children’s clothes and blankets to charity, I’ll be using this a lot more in the future. Can’t thank you enough.
Uauu thank you.. I knew as single crochet, I don’t know why.. you explained so kind, so gentle and so PERFECT TEATCHER!!!!
I tried 4 different tutorials for moss stitch squares, before finally having success with yours! Thanks so much!
This is the first moss stitch square tutorial that I've properly clicked with. THANK YOU 😊
You’re welcome ☺️

Me too.
I recently found your channel & so glad I did.
I haven’t crocheted in years & just getting restarted & addicted to learning new stitches.
Thank you so much for all of your awesome tutorials that are so easy to follow❣️
When I started crocheting decades ago I had to learn from books & this is so much easier 😂.
Thank you for sharing USA terms with us who live in the states.
Blessings to you & please know we appreciate all of your hard work making wonderful free tutorials.
🙏🏼🤗
Sheila
Thank you so much Sheila! That’s wonderful to hear. It’s such a great hobby to enjoy and I’m so glad that my tutorials are useful for you! 🥰🌸
Oh man! I battle but this only took me about 5 tries! Thank you 😂❤
Well done! I’m so glad you did it 🥰🌸
Thank you it the first time I have seen a moss square tutorial and I will make a doll blankets for my grandchildren
You are a gifted teacher, and this is an excellent video! The way that you tell us things that we are always supposed to do is so very helpful because it makes us really learn and understand the pattern. And I LOVE having an actual square instead of a “swirl.” I hesitated to try the moss stitch because it seemed like it would be slow, but I am crocheting it practically without looking at it. It is almost like a “muscle memory” thing. Thank you so much!
Great tutorial Rebekah! This is perfect for a baby blanket! No holes for little fingers and toes to get caught in! Very pretty! Thanks for sharing!💞
I adore the moss stitch too! I use it soooooo much - love the way it shows off the yarn! Can’t wait to get this one going! Thanks!
One of the best tutorials on moss that I seen. Easy to follow along and I love the tips given to make it easier.
Thank you so much! 🥰🌸

I love the moss stitch , also . Made several baby afghans in back and forward rows with this stitch . Thank you so much for showing how to do in a square . I love granny squares , but am now making them solid . No holes . Love and Hugs .

I’ve always found moss stitch challenging, even though it is very simple (maybe I need glasses). Your tutorial has given me a renewed enthusiasm to try it again. Thank you so much. ❤️
I really hope the tutorial is helpful for you! 🌸
I feel just like you. I know I'll have to watch the tutorial until I get it but it will make a great Afghan
This tutorial is amazing. I make blankets for our local children’s hospital and I am now starting one using 3 weight yarn that I doubled (using 6mm crochet hook). Great way to use up my thin yarn for something that is beautiful. Definitely prefer doing the Moss stitch in the round. Thank you for doing this video.
I love it, Thank You. The stitches are close and warm. ❤😊
Clear, concise tutorials like these are exactly why you were the first person who could teach me how to crochet when I started about 4-5 years ago.
Thank you so much for this tutorial.. it has become my favorite stitch/pattern.
Just found this, and after 2 solid days of trying other versions of start in the middle blankets, THIS one is working for me. THANK YOU!

I love the moss stitch and this tutorial is the best one I've came across for showing how to start it and keep it straight. It's perfect. I'm guessing the trick is the not chaining one and turning. Thanx Rebecca.
This is the best moss stitch tutorial I have seen. And I'm used to US terms. Lol. Thank you so much!

That’s so good to hear, thank you Barbara! 🥰
I love the simplicity of your start for this moss stitch square. I tried another that was very confusing, but I am far enough along that I will continue with it. The one I am doing is with scrap yarn, but when I do a planned project in this stitch, your video will be my go to. Thank you so much for making this look so easy!
Your moss stitch square is so nice and even. I love your tutorial. I definitely will follow your video.
Thanks so much 🌸
thank you :-) I have already made some granny square rectangles with one of your tutorials and I am half way through a baby blanket using this moss stitch - beautiful. I love your tutorials 🙂
That sounds great Karen! Thank you 🌸☺️
Happy New Year! Beautiful blanket...Awesome tutorial! Thank you!
Thank you for this tutorial! I need simple stitches because I'm a beginner and crocheting doesn't come easily for me. I'm making a variegated cotton dishcloth, using a stitch marker on each new row, and it's looking good so far. You're a great teacher! 💖
Thank you. I just finished this and it is perfectly square with nice straight edges. I love your blankets. Your tutorials are easy to follow. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you so much!
Love it! Thanks! ❤️

Blessings 💜💜
A cotton spring blanket sounds beautiful 😍
Hello Rebekah, thank you for another beautiful tutorial. I have some delicious yarn waiting to be made into blankets, and now this is the stitch I will use for a tighter granny style. I see you are working on the rectangle version. I’d welcome that very much too when the time is right for you.
