I use to not be really into this track when i binged my headbangers ball vol 1 disc back in the day but one day my drummer buddy told me to listen closely to the drummer and I then immediately fell in love with it.
Listen to this fucking guy, the fills, the double pedal bursts, the way he slams the shit out of everything. Its so damn crisp. One of the best drummers I ever heard in my life.

I can't believe I totally forgot about these guys. I listened to and sang End Of The Line and watched the video multiple times a DAY from 2006 to probably 2010! I wasn't a big fan of I Could Care Less, because I was too focused on the incorrect use of the title and chorus, but I wasn't truly listening to the MUSIC. They are one of the most underrated metal bands in recent history. It's so shitty when that happens to great bands. Crisis is a good example of a fucking AMAZING and unique band, that was just too ahead of their time for people to appreciate. I've been going back and listening to old favorites of mine, and music truly does have a miraculous effect on the memory. I've been able to remember not only the bands themselves, but unrelated memories from years both before and after that time in my life. Now, on to Chimera! 🤘🤘

Childhood right mere. I remember day dreaming to this song and my imagination. mostly dbz type daydreaming wishing I was a super sayian and shit. I was 12 at this time I believe.
I really love Devildriver. I can't remember last time I were so excited about a new album (in this case 'Beast' and 'Winter Kills'). I didn't really enjoy the later Devildriver as much as the early. 'The last kind words' and 'Fury...' are really really strong albums, but my favorite is probably the self titled one. It was so unique to me. It filled that void between the gimmicky nu metal and harder music like Nile and Morbid Angel (I know it's quite the gap, but work with me here) I were growing away from in a groovy manner. However, with 'Pray for Villains' I felt like they were trying to become something they were not. Although I respect the artists for moving on and trying out new things, with the later Devildriver, to me, it feels forced. On 'winter kills' sometimes I can't even tell if it is the same song or the playlist changed. I wish they had spent more time working on the style they displayed on the self titled and 'Fury'. They did it so well. Boy, did they do it well. But that's just my whiny opinion.

Yes, most people misuse the term because they don't understand grammar but that doesn't mean that "I could care less" isn't it's own phrase that means that THEY COULD CARE LESS.

Why? because their's still some more room for them to not care. Now, if they had said I *couldn't" care less, well then that means that their level of "not care" *IS* at the maximum. Why? Their level of not care is at the absolute maximum because even if they wanted to care less, they couldn't - it's already at the maximum amount. Do you see?

I had to read "I could care less than for your grandiosity" 5 times in a row and still have no clue. Is he trying to say he doesn't care (ie couldn't care less) or is he deliberately saying he cares too much and wants to stop but cant so it would do him good if he "could care less" ?
