A board for his wall and a matching board to ride was cool. I preferred the one with Ang in the picture, but I could see why he'd want to feel like Ang riding on top of Appa alone.
Man, I love 10Hun, but was kind of hoping for some more color on the Appa side (maybe give him a grin). Not loving that placement too... Wheels right on the head.
@@mpinkchristofalo I liked the Appa as seen from below as Ang shreds on it. The wheels on the head look better on the board art board than the rolling skate.

Lol! My son accidentally leaked the same kind of paint pen/marker all over himself and it was a nightmare to take off. When I saw TenHun doing my thoughts were "dang he's dedicated." I cried at the end because he's absolutely amazing!
Paint that won’t come off is a good excuse to exfoliate lmao. It will also come off with rubbing alcohol in a pinch lol.😂 😂😂

He makes sure I don’t miss any of your awesome art. He’s even surprised me a couple times with some of your merch. And we were both so sad we missed out on your deck, we were apart of the kickstarter but life happened and we couldn’t get them. I cried happy tears for you because you did such an amazing job. She heard your voice and perked right up out of an exhaustion induced sudden onset narcolepsy. At least thats what i call it. I love seeing how happy my wife is when she gets to watch your videos and even the long “boring” ones like few tutorials. Art really isnt my thing ,i do like appreciating art tho…. In the dummy who cant doodle a thing….. but her? Geez. She’s locked in from start to finish. She dreams of one day being able to do art full time and just be silly and have fun. Bc even when works sucks, you can still make the boring task fun. I swear if i told her we’re moving, bc we got her a job working for you she’d finally agree to leave Texas. 😂

It looks great! It’s good that it will go on a wall and not be used, because, as I’m watching I noticed that the holes for the trucks/wheels go right through the head of the character. One hole is right on his face. So if wheels were put on it, they would block out a significant portion of the head and face. Then I noticed that the board they gave him with wheels attached had a duplicated image that appeared to be reduced to avoid this issue.

Commissions are hard enough but when its a celebrity client the pressure is really on. A lot of back and forth and having to make sure you only do the design once on the actual product.
This turned out really sick! Netflix definitely chose the right artist for the job. Really neat way to celebrate the actor's skills and hobbies.
