    Sorry but how I compare when we compute the degree of freedom by n1+n2-2 and the long structure in the slide

      To help, what slide are you referring to? With two samples, the degrees of freedom are computes by adding the number in each sample (n1+n2) and then subtracting the number of samples (-2). For one sample, the degrees of freedom are simply N - 1.
