I was diagnosed with PCOS. Meds and treatments didn’t help much. Unfortunately it brought no result. We decided not to waste more time and turn to donor eggs. When I was 16 I had repeat miscarriages and was diagnosed with pcos. A few years later i started exercising and did everything to get pregnant. I never had a period and didn't ovulate. I started metformin and got pregnant 3 months later. I had a healthy baby boy. A year later we wanted another and metformin didn't work by it's self, so I got on clomid and continued metformin and 2 months later I was pregnant and had a healthy baby girl.
I have pcos. Was diagnosed 7 years ago, have never had regular periods, I go years without having one, I workout regularly, am at a healthy weight (5'6" 145 lbs), was prescribed metformin and spirinonlactone, nothing has ever made my menstrual cycle regular. My husband and I are trying to conceive, have done 2 rounds of femara (the 2nd round doubling my dose) and my progesterone doesn't even almost reach ovulation. We're trying clomid now but my docotor said that if this doesn't work then we have to start looking into the more expensive options. It's really frustrating that my body just won't do what it's suppose to.

Coolkid Nita please avoid dairy and try to have olive oil, coconut oil ,vegetables and fruit. also stop having white bread and suger and try to drink water as much as possible atleast 10 glasses a day

I'm going to start trying all of these steps now. Found out I have pcos last year. Me and my husband have been trying for 2 years to conceive and nothing. Some studies have claimed that a low-carb diet is the best one for PCOS, but other studies have not found a low-carb advantage. The most important thing is to make sure your diet is rich in nutrient-rich foods and adequate protein and low on high sugar foods. Avoiding junk food and processed foods is your best bet. Regular exercise has also been found to help with PCOS symptoms. In one study, a combination of regular brisk walking and eating a healthier diet improved menstrual cycle regularity by 50%. Whether diet and exercise alone will help you conceive isn’t clear. I was told this by my doctor in Bio tex and it did work for me. However, a healthy lifestyle may help your fertility treatments work better, and it will certainly help you feel better overall. Like weight loss, it’s worth the effort if you want to get pregnant.

Hi Marc, Thank you for your video. Short, sweet and to the point. I have PCOS and we are trying to conceive for around 6 months. 4 of those months, I have been taking fertility medications. Two cycles the Letrozole did not simulate the follicles. One time it did, I got to use ovulation trigger and got pregnant. However, we lost that pregnancy as a bio chemical. I now realise there are many things I can do to ensure pregnancy and be able to carry it full time. The changes are hard but I wont give up.

I was diagnosed with pcos at 19. When I was tired of doctors. I decided to treat myself. I have mild pcos .. Concieved 4 times unfortunately all were fails with no similar patern ... 1 ectopic , 1 NTScan abnormality , two missed miscarriages .. First two were purely bad luck . and other two i feel due to harmonal imbalance and stress .. Al my tests including Kariotype are normal .. All those pregnancoes happend easily (even with one tube) but now since 1 year iam trying with medications no luck .. I have decided to follow low carb diet now .. I have not had a period for over 11 years. I am now 29 years old. Even in middle school and high school, my periods were always irregular. I have been getting multiple tests done, and seen specialists... My specialist broke it down to me, that the chances of getting pregnant is extremely low. It tore me apart. My testosterone level is extremely high, she said it brings concern for my ovaries, but since I had an ultrasound done recently, there is no further testing to be done at this time. I tried progesterone, I did not get any blood flow at all. Dr. Says because I have very low estrogen. Now, just 2 days ago, I started birth control to get some estrogen into my system and hopefully blood flow. Feeling down in the dumps. I think many of us that have pcos have too much testosterone also have too much estrogen (estrogen dominant). We also lack in progesterone (which causes the imbalance). Progesterone cream helps me, along with a better diet, exercise and various supplements.

I was diagnosed with PCOS. Meds and treatments didn’t help much. Unfortunately it brought no result. We decided not to waste more time and turn to donor eggs. When I was 16 I had repeat miscarriages and was diagnosed with pcos. A few years later i started exercising and did everything to get pregnant. I never had a period and didn't ovulate. I started metformin and got pregnant 3 months later. I had a healthy baby boy. A year later we wanted another and metformin didn't work by it's self, so I got on clomid and continued metformin and 2 months later I was pregnant and had a healthy baby girl.

I have pcos. Was diagnosed 7 years ago, have never had regular periods, I go years without having one, I workout regularly, am at a healthy weight (5'6" 145 lbs), was prescribed metformin and spirinonlactone, nothing has ever made my menstrual cycle regular. My husband and I are trying to conceive, have done 2 rounds of femara (the 2nd round doubling my dose) and my progesterone doesn't even almost reach ovulation. We're trying clomid now but my docotor said that if this doesn't work then we have to start looking into the more expensive options. It's really frustrating that my body just won't do what it's suppose to.

Regular exercise has also been found to help with PCOS symptoms. In one study, a combination of regular brisk walking and eating a healthier diet improved menstrual cycle regularity by 50%. Whether diet and exercise alone will help you conceive isn’t clear. I was told this by my doctor in Bio tex and it did work for me. However, a healthy lifestyle may help your fertility treatments work better, and it will certainly help you feel better overall. Like weight loss, it’s worth the effort if you want to get pregnant.

Not all PCOS cases are the same. You may have low estrogen while someone else has high.

Thank you for your video. Short, sweet and to the point. I have PCOS and we are trying to conceive for around 6 months. 4 of those months, I have been taking fertility medications. Two cycles the Letrozole did not simulate the follicles. One time it did, I got to use ovulation trigger and got pregnant. However, we lost that pregnancy as a bio chemical.
I now realise there are many things I can do to ensure pregnancy and be able to carry it full time. The changes are hard but I wont give up.

I told my boyfriend that I have PCOS, and I told him if wants to leave he can because I don't think I can put him through that. I'm the only child for both parents and he is the only son for his mom. I was diagnosed with pcos at 19. When I was tired of doctors. I decided to treat myself. I have not had a period for over 11 years. I am now 29 years old. Even in middle school and high school, my periods were always irregular. I have been getting multiple tests done, and seen specialists... My specialist broke it down to me, that the chances of getting pregnant is extremely low. It tore me apart. My testosterone level is extremely high, she said it brings concern for my ovaries, but since I had an ultrasound done recently, there is no further testing to be done at this time. I tried progesterone, I did not get any blood flow at all. Dr. Says because I have very low estrogen. Now, just 2 days ago, I started birth control to get some estrogen into my system and hopefully blood flow. Feeling down in the dumps. Hoping to hear of any success stories that are similar to my situation.

I think many of us that have pcos have too much testosterone also have too much estrogen (estrogen dominant). We also lack in progesterone (which causes the imbalance). Progesterone cream helps me, along with a better diet, exercise and various supplements.
You do need to lower your T. Diet will be essential for this and a detox is great.
Try to take the following natural ways to reduce testosterone
Add lemon and mint in to Ur food. I used to make a hot tea by adding a slice of lemon, few mint leaves and hot water. It's very tasty and healthy
U can also add mushrooms in your food. Simply stir fry them, add some salt and have them. They reduce testosterone levels
And some excercise as it will decrease Ur testosterone levels faster
