  • In Office 365 there is an easy way to whitelist domains and email addresses. In this 2 minute video we show you how to whitelist a domain. This may be one of your clients domains that's got a poor reputation for some reason and is going into your spam folder.
Although easy if you don't know where to look it's hard to find so we've done a screen run through so you don't have to look.

Best practice says to avoid trust an entire domain. Better whitelist the single sender.

Indeed. We've had legitimate looking phishing attempts coming from our Spoofed domain because it was whitelisted.

So I did this already, and I am still receiving this error. What else could it be?

Will this ”Whitelist” with domains apply to all accounts created in the exchange admin centre? I'm asking because I have some troubles on some accounts even if I whitelist the domain in question... Some of the e-mails are still going into the spam folder.

Hi Alan,.. Are there any negative effects that will arise when bypassing spam filtering like this?

    Hey Alan, thank you.
I've an opposite problem. My emails are landing into my client's spam.
Dns records Of Microsoft are already in domain dns settings, dkim, Dmarc and Spf records are also setup properly. But still landing into my client's spam
I tried testing manually as well still in spam.
    Any solution?

If the DNS is all good, and you should test this, I have no idea. Is your domain on a blacklist, check with MXToolbox. If it's only the one client ask them to whitelist your domain in 365. If it's many clients then request a support call back with MS in your support area, they are very helpful.
