Middle eastern breakfasts are so good and actually healthy especially compared to American breakfasts. That bread looks so good and there really is to me nothing better than warm bread right out of the oven. Both when living in Turkey and Brazil we knew when the bakery down the street was doing their scheduled baking during the day so we would walk down and get 1/2 loafs warm right out of the oven and eat them while walking home. Done by the time we got home. Our afternoon snack. Americans have microwaved pizza pockets as afternoon snacks and bakeries usually only bake in the am and fully stock shelves in the am to last the day.
Yes so true, what I love about their breakfast is that they always put a plate with greens on side, they eat fresh and various food! Uhh the breakfast places were so so good! :)) Honestly cannot wait to come back to the Middle East, people are so welcoming. (I laid my eyes on Turkey already😇) Thanks and see you soon!
Hi Kris!! I loved this tour that you shared with us! Different and interesting culture and food! Thanks to show us confectionery stores , I love to work in confectionery too!! Great video!!! Have a good week!
@@KrisKazlauskaite actually most of the sweets that you tried are middle eastern but not really bahraini, most traditional bahraini sweets are homemade or bought from home businesses.
Another beautiful adventure, thanks Kris & Hubby (👏). Thanks for showing this amazing country, people, food, love… to the rest of the world 🗺️ (I love cardamom)
Hey! Thank you Iwona! It was really fun and full of unexpected things, i was amazed actually about how many people from other countries live there! So they brought their culture which reflects in food and many things. Travelling is the best teacher:) thank you and see you soon!:)
Hey Kris! Wow what an adventure. All of those phyllo wrapped goodies. I'd have a hard time deciding which to try. Pistachio would be number one. What were those long things hanging from the roof at the market? Looked like wheat sheafs. Glad to see sweetie pie with you in the videos. Xxoo
