I was thinking about the two tier justice system that the government deny we have yesterday when I heard a report about Russel Brand and reports from women that he sexually abused them going back years ......the police are now looking into this matter. Its a shame that the many women who reported Mohamed al Fayed had sexually abused them going back it transpires into the late 90,s were not given the same consideration. Mr two tier Starmer denied he knew anything about the al Fayed case when he was the head of the judiciary and this would be a lie because such a high profile case would have been put through his office .....just like Jimmy Saville. Oh and Hugh Edwards .....
It appears to me that Starmer doesn't have a problem with women being abused ...could this possibly be influenced by his mate Lord Alli who had a key into the back door of Westminster .....weirdly enough like Saville had keys to the NHS staff accomodation blocks.......It would be interesting to find out the stastisics of just exactly how many people have reported sexual abuse to the police and been ignored ...

False Imprisonment is a crime under Common Law, failing to comply with a sign whilst on a premises is a civil matter. The latter is not a justification or a defence of the former. The presence of the sign and your non-compliance with it is irrelevant to the criminal offence.
The only right for someone who is not a warranted constable to legally detain is a citizens arrest and a citizens arrest can only be for an indictable criminal offence.
If a police supervisor answering the 101 line doesn’t know this we might as well give up on law enforcement.
