it is not hard to understand? people immigrate to other countries for jobs and when they save enough money, they will want to come back to retire or open a business in their country. Nowhere is better than home unless there is no job at home.
We have about 450 Fil-am community members. So far, only 3 families have retired back to PI but they own lands way before.
