Question: What if you add the green soul mechanic to any fight? (Can you block attacks?)
Undyne said that the reason we were able to block that attack is because Undyne gave us the spear to learn how to face danger so maybe only the soul can't block the attack.
@@asriel3553 but its just gonna give the spear anyways. the spear is a part of the mechanic, it isn't tied to the Undyne fight. I haven't tested it, but the spear probably is just part of the mechanic
It doesn't work. I saw a vid on it
You will not be able to move or block attacks and literally accept all of them, undynes spears are scripted to get reflected by green soul but other are not.

Each time when I faced Undyne during the pacifist route, she kinda always kicked my ass. Luckily, I was determined enough to have her. On the other note, I enjoyed defeating her on my own during the genocide route.

What happens if you change Mettatons Text in the Bomb room? Do his words still fall down and explode?
His words are being replaced by an empty dialogue box and a bunch of sprites (of those words). So, no. Only "* EVEN MY WORDS ARE"
I guess most people dont know this, but basically stuff like that is just scripted to do that. It is an animation of only those words. So basically anything like that would make sense in a book or movie, but a game is mostly smoke and mirrors that has things seem like that would happen, but it doesnt.

sans isn’t included in a genocide route, he’s just an obstacle to prevent you from going further, you don’t actually need to kill sans to go further in the genocide route.
