Engaging your core at any age is perfectly healthy and is even good for you. You can start with different pushup and squat variations and pull ups can come after. Stay Strong
Do you live near any outdoor parks or playgrounds? There may be equipment there. Don't know the structure of your abode but you can buy simple materials from hardware store to make a pullup bar or rings with rope and plastic tubing or duct tape. Low hanging tree branches. Use your imagination. Look for other ideas on RUclips. There's some guys in Africa or South America that fashioned exercise equipment from many everyday objects. Search for that. Good luck young bruh
Just Master WOD 'ANGIE' which consists of 100 Reps of each of the following exercises: -Dead Hang Pull Ups -Push Ups -Sit Ups(Twisting Sit Ups Preferably) -Air Squats And Add In Vertical Jumps and Broad Jumps, 5 Minutes Of Elbow Planking, 25 Burpees, and 100 Jumping Jack's Then you're set!

Push-ups ,pull-ups and squats are the essential ones, try doing reps until failure to build more muscle. Hope it helps 💪😁
You can make your own workout plan, or simply download workout apps that already have a built in app for each strength level
if you cant do push ups, i higly reccomend to do knee push ups and negative push ups
