AIR FRYER Philly Cheesesteak Quiche

- Do you like Philly cheese steak sandwiches? Do you also like quiche? Well today we're putting those 2 things together ❤️

Ingredients
1 pie crust, I used a store bought and cooked it according to the directions, let cool
Steak, cubed
1/2 onion, diced
1/2 bell pepper, diced
1 tbsp garlic, minced or paste (15g)
1 tbsp worchestershire (15ml)
4 eggs
1 cup heavy cream (8oz)
1 tsp Nutmeg (5g)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup provolone cheese, shredded or sliced (8oz)
Add some oil and butter to a skillet
Add your onions and peppers, cook until just starting to soften
Add your steak, cook about 2 minutes
Add your garlic, cook about 10 seconds
Add the worchestershire
Top with the cheese and let it melt
Turn of the heat and let it thicken a bit
In a bowl add your eggs, heavy cream, Nutmeg and salt and pepper
Add your meat mixture to your pie pan
Now slowly add the egg mixture
Cover the edges of the pie crust with foil to keep from burning
Air fry on bake mode 350°F/180°C for 35 minutes
Remove the foil and cook an additional 5 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
Let rest at least 15 minutes before serving

You had me at cheesesteak! Looks and smells phenomenal! I have noticed the strange configuration of what I assume is a higher table than is usual with a "hot plate" smack dab next to a sink. I have never before noticed the strange door behind you until now😂. Bravo to you and your husband for putting out these videos in tighter quarters than most. I hope to be content with our galley kitchen from now on. Thanks for sharing!
Lol yes it's tiny home living at its finest lol.. .we bought a standing desk to gain more counter space and to film face on.. at the beginning I wasn't on camera and we did voice over cuz we filmed from the side... my husband removed my oven since I never used it... it was gas and I hated it... but I also lost my stove with it but only ever used 1 burner at a time so it made sense to give me even more counter space... now I use my induction burner and air fryer...I also have a blackstone flat top, a traegar and a monument grill outside lol... it's tiny kitchen but big flavors... we live in a 288 Sq ft travel trailer lol...

This is a wonderful recipe for the air fryer, I have two of them (large family) so I'm actually going to try it and empty my fridge😂😂😂 You use butter and oil in the pan (I think it's very sensible, like you yes, I say for the taste and...) but please tell me, can't I use clarified butter (Gee) too???😋🖐👍
