Of course, I used it, so many years playing exclusively on Playstation suffering to prepare saves, get ready with stuff, learning old school, very time-consuming etc that now I have to enjoy this easy life and speed up the learning and optimize fights even further! It'll probably be awhile before I attempt it if I do it at all. The final boss is irredeemably awful. Messmer is amazing though so I'd like to get that far at least.

Thanks :) Yes, I did it, he has a bullshit quick double slash/swipe attack that is not possible to be dodged consistently (without ash of war or use parry/deflect) which makes a challenge like I've done here impossible! It needs to be patched for low-damage runs.
@@MugiwaraNoLima look at my new video. I found a way to dodge that bs attack with a new talisman that gives I frames to your backstep. I hate that attack so much 😭it works in second phase aswell but you got to keep your distance or you get hit by the laser afterwards. Really frustrating fight imo. Edit: and in the video I backstep the third aswell which is not what I do I second phase. In second phase I backstep immediately the dodge back to avoid the laser and dodge in to punish. If you do this from a certain distance it is very consistent if you can react to that attack which I am sure you can.
@@sobo089 I just saw your video mate, very cool, yeah, there are a couple of options that I've tested but all use ash of war or talisman or crystal tear! The idea is not using any of these 😅
