If not for the atomic bomb phase transition at 3/4 HP for some reason I'd have him in my s tier, if you remove Killing that cripple every time and the laser attack he's the best in the game for sure
@@TimberlyPL but laser is surprisingly easy to avoid both close and far due to its weak tracking. Up close dodge the first blast then walk around. Far dodge the initial beam the run around. It's an issue if he uses it to punish from afar or if you have madness triggered where it becomes deadly.
