Why should you avoid giving someone anything to eat or drink if they have broken a bone?
cuz there's a change they need to get a surgery, and this is because when the anaesthetic is used, your body's reflexes are temporarily stopped. If your stomach has food and drink in it, there's a risk of vomiting or bringing up food into your throat.
Why should you call emergency services even if it's not a open fracture?

I only sprained my left wrist when I was in primary and I smashed my fingernail in November but I made a full recovery

I broke my foot and ankle when in school playing kickball I went to slide my foot went under me and I heard a pop so I knew my foot was broken it was so bad that I had to have surgery to put metal in my foot and ankle that happened in 2019 but still have metal and it still hurts sometime

Can you do how to cure cancer.
To cure cancer for example breast cancer you’d have to get a few rounds of chemotherapy to remove the cancer cells if it gets worse then you’d have an operation to remove some lymph nodes but if you have a really strong immune system the cancer can be defeated or if you just believe in yourself the cancer could go. does that answer your question ( apologies if I made a few mistakes I’m not the best at first aid)
