Mr Gates is doing a great job in reminding us-society about what REALLY happened. Guys, you really need to talk more about what happened till the 50ies with US- "slaves" and black people, you need to grieve for them like the germans do with "their" jews, there is a huge guilt that needs to be shown and has to be processed. there are millions ob black people that have been killed and mistreated over 300 years...wtf...you cannot seriously ask "what s the problem now"??! THANK YOU MR. Gates for your extraordinary work.

Charlie Rose was an excellent journalist and willing to ask the 'hard' questions to get to the truth; his illustrious career was derailed by accusations of sexual abuse of interns who worked with him and he either 'invited' to his house or who invited themselves to his house. Here and now, in 2022 in addition to the continued disparities that minorities face in healthcare because of racism, not only minorities but all races now face an additional threat of 'orchestrated dishonesty' when medical results are tampered with, diagnostic test results 'disappear' (especially the most expensive tests so it is a hardship for patients especially if insurance companies are party to the 'orchestrations' of dishonesty. The entire system will only improve, when every person stands on the foundation of truth, refuses bribes (a job, a promotion, money, favors etc) to do wrong....listen Joab listen: those corrupt bribes become blackmail....only then will systems including but not limited to healthcare, improve instead of worsen, ie: going from 'bad to worse'.

When you speak truth, you're controversial. 😑

Yet, truth endures, truth triumphs and truth is the light of the world forever. Truth: sine qua non.

Great questions. Why don’t we need departments in Universities for other groups who have suffered from systemic American hate and discrimination?

Dr. Gates , for someone who focuses on history...really? Economics is root of racism, how myopic!
