You know you are helping so many young men who's dads did not have the time to teach there young men how to care for them selfs or they worked so much and have past since then, I really admire your time and teachings on how to care for our beards.
In a godly way thanks!
I have a 15 year beard that touches my belt, as long as you keep it clean, combed or brushed it's no problem, i get compliments on it all the time, love it, it's my trade mark.
Please tell me you ride a motorcycle. I can’t imagine how awesome your beard must be 🤣
**HELPFUL TIP**
As someone that started growing my beard Jan 1st 2019, a little tip I learned the hard way is _NOT_ to look down when zipping up jackets/hoodies!
KcCreations Gaming I’m cautious of this too! I never zip my jacket up all the way usually half or not at all depending on the situation, I should start with a bead or clip as I hate when the Mane splits!
Finally someone got me 😂😂🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️
KcCreations Gaming well someone was feeling brave that day lol
hahahaha
that's useful tip
I bet we all learn that the hard way...
I've been growing my beard since early June. I'm 17 (18 in less than a month) and pretty lucky with genetics, started getting facial hair at 11, but never actually let it grow. My beard is about to the bottom of my neck. I'm just now finally starting to use care products such as oil, balm, and beard wash, and honestly loving every bit of it. It feels softer, fuller, and stronger. Definitely needed tips on styling it and just living that beard life. Your channel is the first beard channel I'm subscribing too just from your character and abundance of useful information. Thank you for what you do.
The beard brought me here, first time watching a video of yours. I'm sure this is the norm for you, but extremely impressed with the editing skills! Everyone's beard is very different, but there are best practices that are healthy for all beard hair & the skin below it (which is much different than your head hair & scalp). You covered a lot of great information! 🧔💪 I have stopped myself from repeating so many of you're facts there were on point and so important. My morning routine is almost the exact same (except the dropper in beard), but the blow dryer is key to style my thick and curly beard (with a Kent for me though). New sub here!
Great video, you ever used castor oil?
I follow this man on his RUclips channel. He is a class act. If you want awesome beard info along with beard product reviews then check his channel out... dancbeaeded👊
Yes on the Kent comb for my beard.
Jeremy, my beard looks to be the same length as yours, however it is totally white. I know what you mean about the blowing wind. Let it grow. BTY I am 82 yo.
That’s awesome! Rockin the white beard! Love it. Keep that thing growing brother! 👍🏻
That awesome. 👊 A man about your age I met in my barber shop. He is a retired professor at our local college. He has a nice long all white beard. I saw his beard about 2 years ago and decided to grow mine out long..... He is very well groomed and a real gentleman...
Your comment made me laugh
Gandalf 👀
Still growing in length. Have not trimmed length. It is now 16 inches in length.
Everyone wants a beard but has no idea the amount of patience it requires to have one. When I see a full bearded man that’s in good shape, I immediately say to myself that is a disciplined man.
Just hit my year and love it. I can’t wait to see what next year brings.
Hi Jeremy, this is a truly great video because it summarizes everything important in one place. I would recommend it to everyone who wants to learn the basics of beard care but doesn't want to spend hours on YT browsing different channels, etc. Excellent job!
Thanks! Glad you dig the vid! 👍🏻
Great video with great information. I've had a beard for over 30 years... Great to see the beard-respect! Beard On!
Great video. Been growing my beard around 9 months now. Took your advice and hit that bad boy tonight with my wife's hair dryer...holy cow!!!! Totally converted. Blessed with a pretty full looking beard to begin with but could not believe how much of a styling difference this made. Wife was equally stunned. Will defn become part of my routine. Cheers and peace!
your answers to the "bad" comments on your beard are actually very helpful to me😇 since i try to grow out mine for this year
Jeremy, great video about overall beard maintenance
You and I have very similar routines, but I don't use a blow-dryer
One thing I've found - using the right co-wash your beard will be relatively tangle free out of the shower
I like the look of the clip in your beard, I'll have to give that a try
Love the tips. As a hairstylist these tips are so helpful to pass along to my male clients. I’ve done hair for 23 years and for so many of them beards were not as common as they are now. Thanks again for the info
I have seen MANY beard videos. This is the best one out there.
I have a 1.5yr beard and I still found this very informative!
This is by far the best beard routine I have ever watched and I watched a lot.
Solid work as always.... Love your content... There is no reason you shouldn't have over a million subscribers...
Balm also helps protect it in the winter When the air is dry
Best video I've seen about how to maintain my beard in the past 2 hours in research since I'm new to the game! Thanks!!!!!
GREAT VIDEO! I've been growing my beard for about 4 years. Definitely gonna try these new tips I learned in this video. It's not as long I'd hope it'd be by now, I've been combing from the top. Thanks for the tips!!!
That clone convo had me rolling! 🤣 “Is Santa a terrorist??”
I'm using that one. I get that once in a while.... Stupid said to me deserves a stupid statement back...🙄
Santa does not exist it is Babylonian myth
Welll! he does sneak in at night and make sure our kids are being good, kind of reminds me of a pervert....lol!
nope, but he was the patron saint of prostitutes (look it up) XD
Has someone with a beard it's good to see you making this video 😎 and I also ad the beard before it became trendy
I loved this video, you are so on point and funny as hell, please keep them coming.
Thanks for posting your routine!! Holy crap, what a difference this has made in my beard!!! It is nice and smooth and in control!! Major thumbs up for this video!!
Yes sir! Some good accurate information! Nice one buddy. BEARD ON BROTHER!!!!
Glad to hear you make your own oil. I make all my own products. It’s nice to know what goes in my beard.
Good vid man.
What are your favourite carrier oils to use?
@@VictorS93 sweet almond oil and grapeseed oil.
This men is the best explaining & giving tips about beards & moustaches WOW !
Yes!! Thank you brother! Been hoping for this!
“Don’t knock it until you try it” is a great philosophy in life.
#ThatsWhatSheSaid
I guess I'll give cocaine a try then✌
@@CHIEF-T funilly enough, cocaine ain't even that bad. It's shit like heroin, meth, or synthetic versions of drugs that you really wanna stay away from. That being said, you're response was probably the most dumbass response I've ever heard to anything. Quite obviously there are things that you should avoid ever doing, like murdering people, jumping off bridges, doing hard drugs, etc. But unless it's legitimately harmful to yourself and/or others, yes, don't knock until you try it is a pretty damn good life philosophy. The point is to reserve judgement on things you know nothing about to avoid looking or acting like an ignorant asshole. Obviously you always technically have the right to an opinion, but if you wish for the a socially accepted right to judge something, try that thing yourself before doing so, or risk looking like a fool. Or don't try that thing, and then also just don't judge people who do that thing, because you don't know what the fuck you're talking about, so why should you get to judge? Does the concept make sense yet, or will you just talk about injecting weed again?
@@einarblood-axe9328 twas a joke🤣 Dude, life's too short for that reply
@@CHIEF-T Life is too long to not try to improve another's at every chance you get. I'd rather take the chance you were being serious and uh "harshly educate" you than assume it's just a shit joke and potentially let you stay a dumbass. 👌
I agree with self-made beard oil video. Thanks For the helpful videos.
Great video I my beards 1st birthday is December 1st, I just retired from the army so this is all new, I get a lot of compliments for the 3.5 in handle bars and the 5+ in beard. I'm in trial and error mode and your videos helped my beard get me a smokin hottie! Keep it up thanks!
4 years later and this is really helpful. O havent had anybody who can tell me how to take care of a beard. Thank you for this!
Spot on with the Hipster/Nickelback analogy.
Only close friends would play nickelback out loud with out concerns at frist before looking around
"Goin' wizard style on it" 😂 loved it
This video was definitely worth 20min of my life. Everytime I search long beard care I get results for jaw length bro beards. Very informative.
Not sure how I got here but I am mesmerised. That beard is like a pet! Love it!
I've tried a few beard oil brands and by far my favorite is Mad Viking.
Try honest homish. Ebay.
Would live a DIY Oil video. I make my own currently but always love someone else's take.
Came across this late but I've used cold water for 16 months as of yesterday and it's made a huge difference for me. We all respond to things differently sometimes but it's worth a shot to try for a couple days or weeks. I have no itch or dry skin anymore. Hot water washes out a lot of our natural oils. Great video brother 🙏
Thanks for putting this together! Very helpful and addresses several of my questions.
please make a video on how to make your own beard oil i really think this would save so much time and $$ ahah great vid by the way
Hey Jeremy, thanks for the lesson, advice, recommendations, etc. pretty dense 9 month beard going on. Been making a lot of my own oils also. What’s your thoughts on night time treatment ? Anything different then the morning ? Thanks...
Great vid. Watched a few and this one really made good sense. Well presented and easy to use understand without a hard sell on products. Good job
Great video! I like that you're not pushing products, I've watched other videos that do. You're just suggesting products that you've had good experiences with. I do need to get a good comb, I use a cheap one, and it does pull out hairs more than my brushes do. I'll be checking out the rest if your videos too. Beard on bro!
Hello everyone,I have been growing beard for long time ,and what I learned over the years that works for me is to oil your beard at least once a week by applying the high quality oil I usually don’t like to mix oils so I use almond oil ,and wash it in the morning this will soften your beard over time and eventually you will not need to blow dry or do extra steps to mange it .give it a try .hope it helps.
Great video, thanks Man 😎👍
Much respect. By far the best beard around!
Lots of good info bro, been growing my beard for four months now and looking beast but is super curly so the straightening part definitely is gonna go to good use! 🤙🏼
Awesome!!! Glad you guys liked it. Love you guys channel and products! Your channel has helped me a ton over the years! 🤜🏻🤛🏻
What do you guys think of whole blends shampoo and conditioner for washing my beard?
I love big beards and I cannot lie...
Thank you for this video. You put a lot of work into it, I see, and I appreciate it. I'll be staying for more videos, seeing the lifestyle you live and the lifestyle I can improve, my own.
One of the best videos on yt for beard care and yes your beard is Awesome!!
10:35 Old Soldiers... I like that haha
Just came across this..great vid..yeah id like to see one where you tighten your sides into your beard .🤘😎
Hey Jeremy, I loved the idea of using the dropper to oil the skin in the beard area. I've been doing it for some time now and it's a game changer, (GREAT TIP). I also like the clip, especially in the wind, thanks.
This is like one of the most successful beard videos there is. also the video that got me looking at beard things again and becoming A RUclips Beard content creator. I now have over 100 beard oil‘s currently.
love your beard Jeremy ! Sadly, mine seems to stop growing after 2 years (half your length). You should do a video on how to trim your beard !
Me to in my photo its longer than it is now. The ends are splitting and breaking off also the longer lengths fall out. I'm doing all that he says except the hot air and I'm really struggling with it.
But there is such a thing as terminal length which maybe the issue you have.
I'm down for the homebrew beard oil vid
Easy quick recipe is add some Grapeseed Oil (27ml) with 3ml of Avocado Oil. Add in 3 drops of benzoin essential oil, 6 drops of something citrusy like grapefruit oil and 4-5 drops of something floral. You should get a nice well rounded scent blend.
Great video dude! Rockin a long beard for years myself. But you still gave me lots of good tips.
Thank you. I have had a bullshit stubble beard for years and I finally decided to give it an honest effort and grow it out. Two months in and getting frustrated but that's because I have not dedicated any time, research or energy to it. I stocked up on some oil, butter, and wash excited to tackle it seriously. Excited to see where this leads me. Thank you again!
Could you please do a review of manscaped products I hear they have a great smelling cologne
Santa 😂
Man... made my day!
Love this video! Working on my 2nd beard that will 14+ inches by the end of this year. Shower > comb > balm/butter for the day and, if needed, oil over nights my routine.
Good to see you back to work! That FalconEyes light you mentioned many vids ago is arriving tomorrow and then I will also get back at it! Thanks for the great vids! My beard is just a poor relation to yours! haha! 🇺🇸🇮🇪🇨🇦☮️💪🏽🤠👍🏽☮️🇨🇦🇮🇪🇺🇸
Im 14.... Why am i watching this? I barely have a mustache.
Like from puerto rico and good 2019 bro
That skit you and your bro did had me and the wife rolling !
Great videos! Always something different and interesting... As a beardist i found this one cool as ive always admired your beard! great tips.. your a cool dude i gotta say!
I used to work in hospital where the infection control nurse told me my beard was probably filled with E. coli. Well, I set her straight. If it was in my beard then it certainly must be in her over processed hair not to mention all the makeup on her face. End of conversation. Well, I'm still bearded. Great video sir and great beard too.
Lol😂, she pulled back a nub!!!
Good for you for standing up for us bearded guys!!!👊
You legend! Good on you
manxkin I dated a couple of men with beards . I dumped them because their beards stank so bad! It was disgusting
@@lynn.d1015 I will tell you a real man keep it clean and smelling good...👊👊👊
Savage 😂
ty for your video. My beard grows very quickly, I had a beard that was almost as long as yours until I was 37 and hair down to my waist, but as I got older it gets brittle quickly so I always end up shaving it off with in a couple of months when it gets about 4" long but recently decided to do some research on proper beard care and let it grow out. I'm not sure why it started getting brittle as i got older other than that I did in fact get older lol, but when i was younger all i ever did was wash it put regular hair conditioner in it then blow dry it much the way you do. When i was 37 though i was a mechanic and my hair gor caught in the wheel of a creeper and I reached back with my knife and cut my braid off and decided the hell with it and cut the beard too. perhaps thats why it won't grow right now? Maybe its still mad at me!!!
Love love love beards! Glad you are telling guys how to take care of them!
😉👍🏻
Definitely sharing this with all of my friends with or without beards
That’s one majestic beard my friend
Might help if you call it a Brodryer.
😂 I like that!
You should copyright that bro that’s kinda a brilliant idea

LMFAO!!! That mirror image convo is what made me sub, and I am so glad I did. Thank you for all you do brother!
Dangit man! Just dropped dough on 1 of everything lol
I use a condistoner to co wash 5 times a day wash it 2 times i use a plastic beard comb beard oil then beard butter that with shea butter!✌😎
Great vid with some brilliant advice especially for someone like me that’s growing a big beard 👍
right on brother!!! thank for the tips,,, keep it up with the awesome vids.
It works for ZZTOP.
I can't stand having a long mustache either, for the reasons you listed, I keep mine very short.
I can bring my mustache to my eye. But yes... super annoying.
Well, here I am, 68 years old and, for several reasons, new to the beard world. It's nowhere near yours, but 8 months in it's coming along quite satisfactorily. Early on I trimmed it regularly but was told if I wanted it long, and I do, not to trim it at all for several months. Like you, the mustache area needs to be kept close but the rest of it I just let go. Trimmed the sideburn area today for the first time in 5 months. May have gone too far, but it'll come back. These are some excellent pieces of advice here. Thank you.
Awesome!!! Never to late to start an epic beard!! Keep growing my friend👍🏻
From one beard to another, respect
Viking's are cool.
I wanna be a viking.
I have a beard 4 months long but the mustache is driving me crazy, I like the length of your mustache
@@joshsmith2982 thanks for the offer, but i don’t roll like that.
By far the best beard care video I've seen in a while! My only suggestion for beards is be proud of your greys once you start using just for men it drys the hell out of your beards!
I love this video man, great tips. You since this was 2019 you should make an updated video I would love to see the products you use now.
i dont have beard and i just watched the entire video...
I’m must be winning.....I have a mega straight beard without brushing WOOOOOO HOOOOOOO!
Nickelback do suck ass.
Hell yea brother!!! Killer beard!!! 🤘🤘🤘🤘
Respect the beard bro. I am bald and like having a beard. Most of the time I keep it kinda short but after the covid thing happened I decided to let it grow since I was the only guy in the office. Now I think I am going to keep letting it grow. I was definitely curious on products for the beard. Thanks for the video!!!
15:09 like making fun of nickelback... lmoa!!
Made me laugh too. I actually like a few nickelback songs but their last albums sucked. Hipsters just suck and it's not just a "thing". Fuck hipsters
I use redbull as my beard oil.
I mix Rich Piana's pre-work out supplement with the semen from a Clydesdale and a touch of avacodo oil for my beard oil!
I use diesel and a touch of wd-40
I found your channel last fall. Saw your beard and loved it. So I decided to keep growing mine. It's tweard this month. It's shy of 12" Long.
I kept growing because of your channel. Thanks 👊
That’s awesome brother!!! Keep on growing 🤜🏻🤛🏻
Great tips awesome beard good man , honestly I’ve been used those tips since long time and it’s make my beard great ... thanks dude.
