Beautiful views of the forest and rock formations. When you went over the original stream, I thought I recognized a beaver dam. You should've passed the marker for Shay's Rebellion. This is significant in American History. Still following on the trail map. Also, still see patches (3-4') of snow on the trail in the southern Prezzies and VT from other thru-hikers.
