I can relate to stomach issues. I have been grounded for three years now. One of the side effects from my cancer treatments. I had hoped to get out this year but that has not happened as of yet. Your videos have helped to remind me how much I miss it and motivates me. I will walk a trail and kayak a river again. Peace, love and understanding my friend.

Bottom line, others recommended Sawyer Products SP5642 20% Picaridin Insect Repellent, Lotion that is available on Amazon.. She said today the product is great! FYI..
