props for being one of the few reaction channels that has done Nile
"What am I supposed to expect? Metal?"
"I'm not gonna tell you that"
"So, the first song is called Black Seeds of Vengeance."
Oh cool, a Pop love ballad. : )
Ah yes, Black Seeds of Vengeance, the most romantic love song of all time 😂
Genius 🤣
It was indeed very fun to watch you react to something I used to listen so heavily too during my teens. And the album: "In Their Darkened Shrines" was my favourite. Especially the song: "Unas, Slayer of the Gods" as well as "The Blessed Dead". ^^
That opening killer riff from Lashed to the Slave Stick is bonkers.
What a great video and ofcourse legendary band!!
Also a recomendation. Malevolent Creation's Retribution and specifically the Coronation of our Domain track!!
Thanks so much for the recommendations!
Love Nile, too many good songs to even try to pick suggestions
"lashed to the slavestick" and "sacrifice onto sebek"
I LOVE how Deyana loves/feels/enjoys Nile
You could see the lady in red struggling with understanding this noise😄😄. Nice old school sounding death metal🤘
Always love to see people’s reaction to Nile, they are in a league of their own. The motif is perfect for metal and I can’t think of a better band for it.
I love Nile. Black Seeds Of Vengeance and Annihilation Of The Wicked are my fave albums but Essential Salts is my fave song
I love everything I heard from them so far. Haven't heard Essential Salts yet tho. Gotta check it out!
@@neonskepetunije Did you check it out? Haha
@@Brendo2386 Not yet. Saving it for a reaction, which will hopefully happen soon🤞
lol, I was like "you played a song from Darkened Shrines and it wasn't Unas?!" but then you came through at the end
I was torn between Unas and To Dream of Ur 😅
The facial expression when the riff starts at 18:41 is the only acceptable reaction to a riff so dirty.
I’m loving this series ladies! Keep it up ; live stream soon miss u guys
We hope we can live stream soon, but no promises tho ☹️
@@neonskepetunije ok you are worth the wait! Happy international women’s day bitches !
you two should check out George Kolias (drummer for Nile) Aeons of Burning Galaxies with him in the studio...dude is a beast
One very very catchy tune from Nile is the underrated "The Gods Who Light Up The Sky At The Gate Of Sethu". The album concerned is my favorite from them. It's less relentlessly fast (it is fast of course, it's Nile) but much more riff oriented.
Thanks for this moment!
Oh, I don't know that one it must be from one of their newer albums. Gotta check it out, or if Natalia wants we can even do a reaction to it 😆
@@neonskepetunije absolutely, it's a quite recent album, and I'd be really glad !! By the way, as much as I listened to Nile, listening to these songs with you at the same time made me wanting to dig deeper into those Nile albums I don't master that well, so thanks! It's a hard band to get into they're intense and their guitar sound, especially at the time, wasn't extremely polished and produced, but listening to them with focus is rewarding! I remember when I saw them opening for Six Feet Under in 1999 in a cave in Paris, it was for defending their first album, it was insane and so brutal and interesting at the same time! cheers!
banger reaction and subtitles
Sarkofag hipnotiše.. Najbolja stvar od najla
Predobra pesma, a i ceo disk je odlican🤘
Great great song selection ladies! I love Nile. I would love if you did a similar style of reaction video to Enslaved who have been called "if Rush played Black Metal". My song nominations for them would be "Return To Yggdrasil 2004", "Ruun 2006", "Clouds 2008", "Riitir 2012" and "Sacred Horse 2017"
Thank you for suggesting!
Nile is so GOOD! Thank you for a great reaction, my Croatian sisters.
Our pleasure! Btw we're from Serbia 😁
You guys need to react to more Nile!! "Karl Sanders" is the most aggressive vocalist you reacted to date!!
Hey, I'm always down for more Nile, it's up to Natalia 😆
Ne Obliviscaris - and the plague flowers kaleidoscope live
We already did a reaction to And Plague Flowers the Kaleidoscope, you can watch it here: bit.ly/3tnuf5D
@@neonskepetunije Aweome, here something different and thats pretty good..
Shining - I Och Med Insikt Skall du Förgå live@ Party.San 2009 and
Fit for an autopsy - Black mammoth
Also Cryptic Wintermoon - Darkness forever
I tend to recommend less known bands to folks for most part, so if you like few more songs to check out just say :)
Hah mogao sam i na Jugoslovenskom :D
@@gamingforfun9000 Thanks for all the suggestions!
A evo i da se zahvalim na Jugoslovenskom 😆
My favorite Nile Song ever 🤘🤘You seriously pick the greatest music... Derrick Roddy's drum work on this song is legend... And also Tommy from a band called Angel Corpse at the time ....
Both did drum tracks on this album....This song still holds up... Took my band 6 months to cover this song🙄
It's Tony not Tommy
Nice to see u living the music, ur face is a show jjaaj
Chick in yellow knows her metal 🤟🤟🤟
If you ever get a chance to see Nile play live, go to it. Blow your mind!
Would absolutely love to see them live!
Karl Sander growl sounds so primal sometime.
Now we’re talking 🤘🏻
React to Archspire - golden mouth of ruin please!
Great reactions, I have a few suggestions for you, don't know if for a yt video, but just for you guys to hear.
Warhorse is the name of 2 bands, both amazing, one from the 70's by the first bass player from Deep Purple, the second one is a 2000's Doom metal band check them out. Also
Caracas- Heartwork
Morbid Angel - God of emptiness
Death - mentally blind
Obituary - Cause of death
Sepultura - Refuse resist/ territory
Testament - souls of black
Rotting Christ - A Dynasty From the Ice
Hope you like, cheers!!
Thanks for all the suggestions! Added everything to the list.
Hello girls, nice reaction! If you dont know, Niles earlier drummer Tony Laureano is if im not mistaken Megadeth drum tech now. He did some shows with Megadeth in the meantime while they were seeking for a permanent drummer, there are some vids of it on YT i believe!
Hope youll start a metalband in the future! :-)
Whoa, that’s great! Thanks for the fun facts 😊
@@neonskepetunije No problemo!
Deyana: 4, 3, 2, 1 start!
-Black Seeds of Vengeange starts-
Natalia: 😐
😂
You girls are just adorable, but good god this is not what I'd've used to introduce Nile to someone lol. But it's always nice to see kids getting into metal. :D
PS: would've loved to have a cousin like the girl in yellow. She seems fun. (sorry red, I'm sure you're great too)
I'm curious now, what would be your picks?
@@neonskepetunije I take it back, I think Black Seeds is a good choice. But I think Unas, or What Can Safely Be Written, or Even the Gods Must die might be better. But that's mostly because I like those more lol
I love Nile!
I think you should have picked Permitting the Noble Dead to Descend to the Underworld. Epic
Couldn't have picked it cause I don't know that song 😅
Are you a fan of the band melechesh? Just curious
Never heard of them. But I'd give them a listen! Do you have any recommendations?
🤘🤘
Very good ladies
I don’t know guys Lena Scissorhands from Infected rain sounds like him but with a great clean voice too and she’s tatted up magnificently and has a dog named Luna Scissorpaws
You want that much heavy play xabdkemass but he has cleans
one on the right looks like wednesday from Addams family
what is that language? i can't recognize this language. but cheers for you girls, you're sweet and you have a good taste of music!!
To be honest I think red shirt may like metal more than yellow shirt. Judged completely by facial expressions
Everyone here is young babies, I have experienced Nile.. glad everyone liked them!
Uuunas😅👌
WOW.. wonder what they sound live! Nile played in Serbia in 2011, a missed chance for you guys, thanks for sharing.
Damn it! Why didn't I listen to them back then 😔
@@neonskepetunije :)
Happy Friday!!
Origin ,Decrepit Birth, those are both bands that have a drummer that equal George in talent and speed, imo of course
Can you suggest some songs from these bands? Would love to check them out!
@@neonskepetunije Oh cool I usually don't get responses to these. But for Origin I'd say either the song Wrath of Vishnu or Saligia. And for Decrepit Birth I'd say either the song Reflection of Emotions( if you choose this one make sure the lyrics and time stamp match some releases have the wrong song order) or Heiroglyphics. There's alot more but those are some of my favs mixed in with more well known songs. Hopefully u'll choose one and make a reaction soon!)
@@metalahhhhhhhhhhhh Thanks for the recommendations! Added them to the list! We'll try to listen to one of these in the near future. No promises tho. But we'll get to it eventually.
no sacrifice unto sebek 😱 shtooooo ok girls no borsch tonight lol jk jk nice reaction 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Pleeeeeeasssee react to 'Permitting the noble dead to descend to the underworld'!!!!!
Don't know that song, thank you for the suggestion!
Its a song by NILE as well. You dont have to though. Thank you for replying
we went from nice mellow music to the extreme stuff x)
I'm just starting the video and I think the two expressions at 1:09 can summarize the whole thing
Hi Ladies, nice video. I love Nile so was happy to see you reviewing that. I was wondering if you ever heard "Mgła" before. It's a black metal band from Poland. I recommend this drumcam especially. Perhaps you could do a review of this one XD ruclips.net/video/wcsTJ1n2jkE/видео.html
Warm regards from Poland
Heard of them, but never listened to them. Thank you for the link! We'll check it out for sure👍Pozdrowienia z Serbii!🤘
@@neonskepetunije Хвала лепе девојке! :)
Please react to Sepultura - Desperate Cry
Thanks for the suggestion!
You're welcome!
Part 3 will be good!
Usually i don't like brutal/technical death metal but Nile is probably the best and i like the Egyptian themes so the more Nile the better.
I like the yellow sweeter, very colorful and cutie
Lord Zedd & Goldar vocals mixed together! 😃
If I had to ptesent Nile to someone and have to pick any 3, I'll go with the:
Howling of Jinn - their debut LP was one of a kind
Annihilation of the Wicked as modern classics like Highway Star
And of course Unas, the Slayer of Gods as their best epic wth remarkable strucrure and storming waves of sound.
Also To Dream of Ur is exceptionally atmispheric, but may be too tiresome for newcommers.
Great picks! I was torn between Unas and To Dream of Ur.
