The hell with this case unable to understand so far coz of confusion what exactly it's all about? Did he use blanks ? Wasn't it a blank round ? How can real bullets be loaded on a movie set ?
I hate that they keep blaming him because he the director. Correct he is the director. However, that is why as the director YOU HIRE people to handle things. Such an armourer, production workers, directors, prop handlers, set designers, cinematographers, etc. because although, YOU are the overseer… you cannot be in multiple places at once, and doing multiple jobs at once WHILE being the ACTOR as well…

I don't understand why Baldwin is facing trial at all. He was an ACTOR, on a MOVIE SET. If you were acting in a movie and I said "here's your fake prop gun, action!"...but it turns out that I've actually handed you a real gun with live rounds in...how on earth are YOU to blame for 'manslaughter'?

Just because the case was dismissed does not mean Alec Baldwin was proven innocent he is absolutely responsible, and had the prosecution not botched the case, he would have been convicted with almost 100% certain.
Alec Baldwin has been in a total state of denial from the very moment this happened he absolutely contributed to the conditions on set he exercises Authority as producer though during the trial they wanted to Simply Square them away as his role as an actor the difference was superfluous he was egregious and Reckless behaved like a mini dictator on the set and production.
It's still not over though it's currently in the court of appeals, and the trial could resume but even in the instance where it doesn't proceed any further he still responsible for her death her husband Matthew Hutchins and their son Andros now do not have a wife or a mother and Alec Baldwin will be held accountable in one way or the other.
I for one feel like he's acted like a self-absorbed stooge throughout the entire ordeal 18 months is not the same thing as 18 years and had he gone to prison shortly after the crime and question he would have already been released by now.
But needless to say, this trial has demonstrated one thing first and foremost that Alec Baldwin is indeed given a double standard.
