    Julie here. Excellent. Andrew and Devon. Andrew has shared the story of his rottweiler dopamine fix with me on one of our phone consults and could just imagine him in that comfy, relaxing time. I'm glad that worked for you, Andrew. And, Devon, you should be proud of how you conquered your nail-biting. I have an AWFUL habit of "picking" at the psoriasis scales on the elbow side of my lower arms. I can't stand the dry skin just hanging there. Your lotion made me think that I can put moisturizer on my tray that I have beside my chair. Hopefully, I can remember to use the moisturizer when I catch myself picking and scratching. I'm still working on breaking the night-time eating habit. Andrew and I have talked about that before and the reasons of why I am doing that. I'm sure we can talk about it more at our next consult. Thanks for the video, you two. I'm sure it will give many a place to start when trying to kick their bad habits.
