My sister was diagnosed with PCOD, borderline diabetes, and depression at 26. She was working in a BPO at that time. She left her job and it took her 2-2.5 years to get her health back on the track. Even I got non-PCOD/PCOS hormonal disturbance because of erratic sleep routine. Guys, please sleep. If you have problems sleeping, consult a therapist.

@@divyashinge6727 Hey, thanks! But I would say my way was rather drastic....but I'm going to continue with it ..rn I must tell you...that it's back firing... I'm 59kgs and might go on being 60 again....but I won't let it happen...!
What I did was.... i'mma north indian so roti is love.....! But chapati has around 90 - 110cal...so I restricted myself to eating only one chapati at a time...like one morning...one lunch ..n one for dinner....I gave up sugar( this one makes the most difference!) All kinds ... packaged food...namkeen, biscuit,white sugar blabla. I almost gave up dairy ...had a bit of ghee n sometimes paneer paratha but not much.... portion controlling,. No sugar ! You'll struggle at the beginning but will get the hang of it...do not let your body win over you! And yes workout regularly...my target used to be 15k steps a day...and Chloe ting's 2week ab challenge and Rosie Graham's hip dips workout and koboko fitness's breast workout... I'm top heavy...! You can do excercise in the morning walk at your terrace at night...get a step counter app or its mostly there in phones these days ..! That's it.... portion control,no bahar ka food( not for the first month) , no sugar, almost no dairy, and light workout....all of this! Even if you do it for one month you'll really see the difference...trust me. Just one advice.... something I didn't do ..do strength training too ..get dumbells.. .when you loose weight you might feel fragile ...so either do this...or after the first few weeks start on doing some pushups n squats ... basically use your bodyweight as weights! I hope it helps ... I'll do the same....my target weight is 52kgs. .. n now that navratra is over. I'll start doing it today on😅 you start too...n report back here after a month... I'll do it too after you..let's see how well we do.....! All the best sister❤️

It's 2:30 AM. I was not feeling well and just out of sheer abnormal craving I ordered Chinese for myself, I was not even hungry but I still ordered and am having it while watching this video and regretting this emotional eating. I sleep at 5 or 6 am and watching this video I feel that I should change this habit asap or else I might get other horrible diseases. I already have pcod, minor thyroid, insomnia and anxiety issues. I better change my lifestyle asap😐

Doctor, I was an overachieving student n I used to sleep just 4 hours n it affected my life after some years. And I had an early baby. For almost 16 years I hardly slept properly. It took many years to rectify later. I felt good seeing you video. I can show it to people who make me feel guilty for getting adequate sleep.

Absolutely true..you are just amazing doc..i woked in night shifts for 11 yrs but i used to take full 7 to 8 hours sleep even then..but when i delivered my baby i could not sleep for many days in continuty..no one was there to take care of my baby except me..and gradually i developed pcod after two yrs of my baby.

Even my hormonal changes happened after I started working.... I use to sleep only 4hrs since I stay in Mumbai and traveling in local train is hell. I use to skip meals and that's how my health issue started.
