Your pillow cases look so cooling and crisp.
I think a lot of insomnia would be solved if we got rid of alarm clocks.

(Like i literally won't lie I don't know if I have insomnia but I just can't sleep and I'm not even lying it's 03:13 rn i didn't just told it just to be funny)
It is a mental struggle. Funny how many experts say "get out of bed when u can't sleep"
Thank you
This is good advice
Hey, I took medicine before bed on a school night. I’m sick. I have a cold. The medicine I took made me unable to sleep. Now it’s 4 AM, and I have to wake up at 6:30

*Watching this as a 10 year old kid on a school night from 3-5 am with a test in English tomorrow*
Thanks for sharing this
Wow, this truly makes sense.
imagine taking sleeping pills and ended up feeling active until the end of your next day
So, I go to bed at 10 and I’m supposed to “be comfortable” not sleeping - give up at 2a, and pick up a book, bleary eyed, and read until I can go to sleep - which doesn’t happen … and then get up at six and enjoy my day. Riiiight.
Same, I have to wake up to go to school and since my school for auto mechanics is 60 miles from my place I have to take a train which mean I have to wake up at 5 to get my train at 6 to be at 8 at my school, my day end at 6pm and my train is at 7 which mean I get home at 8pm.
When I get home I eat talk with my family and go to bed sleep from 10pm to midnight and then can't sleep for the rest of the night and It's now a week I'm like this.
I think this new life stress me so I have to adapt but until my body adjust to my new routine I have to deal with this stupid insomnia.
it’s almost 1am and i need to be up at 6am. i love this for me.
this is so helpful thank you
This just seems like someone who doesn’t only get 30 mins-1 hour a night
I have to be to work at 8 am and its 2:30 am 😭
