Dark chocolate and avocado. 2 foods from the video that is somehow accessible and budget friendly for me. The rest are just expensive here in PH, Maam.
thank you. God Bless you and your work. Seriosuly i’ve never seen anyone online with such great help and genuine care for others with PCOS. it’s hard to deal with , but people like you truly make a difference and help so much🥰🤍🤍✨💕
My doc says that broiler chicken is the reason why women and men are facing hormonal changes, chickens and dairy cows are injected with hormones and steroids to increase their production, So we should always eat organic grass fed, chicken and dairy, and that's somehow true, cause my grandmothers during their teenage or 20s had no syndrome or disorders related to hormonal imbalance cause at that time chicken was very rare, and milk was pure without any steroids or preservatives they don't have hairy body or facial hair, pigmentation or anything else like that, they're very active they still don't feel tired, then there's me burger kid who always feel tired struggling to lose weight since 3 years, facial and body hair are increasing day by day and i can't do anything about it.
None of the foods listed helped me. What helped me: 1. being on a strict clean diet of tons of fiber rich foods ( NO high hypoglycemic fruits) 10-7 days before bleeding 2. Fasting, & a lot of sleep once I started bleeding helped.
She’s referring to unprocessed turkey, not deli meat. So if you were to buy a whole turkey and roast it in the oven that would be the most beneficial. ground turkey and deli turkey are processed and therefore a much less healthy option. Hope that helps
