Whenever I have had a bad back or problems with my knee, I always turn to Bob and Brad and your exercises always succeed in making the pain go away. So I always add those particular exercises to my morning routine. Thanks very much, you are truly the best physiotherapists on the internet!
Thank You both so much! You are such a great blessing to me and so many others! You bring your absolute expertise on the subjects you cover, and the word generous doesn’t even begin to cover it, what you do for people. Thank you for all you do and for your great kindness!
Thank you for always providing quality content guys! I constantly monitor what you send out to see what might apply to myself or to others I know. I've shared your content over and over to help others. Big thank you for all you do! 😊
Great information- I learned about the clamshell, but I was instructed to do it whilst lying on my side. I highly recommend using a pillow under your knees while sleeping in bed on your back, my back, hip, knee pain has almost disappeared. Can't wait to try some of this tonight!! Thanks PT professionals B and B !
Happy 2022!! Here’s to the two most famous physical therapists on the internet cheers 🥂 and thanks for all the advice- you’ve spared me a lot of pain from injuries accrued in service!
Wow those five went quickly!!! So fun to do the stretches with you guys!! Thanks for making it soooo easy to follow!! Now I just have to remember to DO it AND remember the moves!! Happy week to you both!! :)
I have picked up so many helpful exercises . I had three knee replacements. I get severe leg spasms after my left knee replacement and it weakened my first right knee. I forgot not to use any weights with knee therapy. And being a good patient lifted my right leg with a weight on the knee cap and it finished pulling out the knee out of the socket. No one has been able to help or explain these leg spasms. I exercise carefully because now my knee likes to stay swollen the size of a round watermelon. I've been to doctors and tried different meds antibiotics, diuretics, and muscle relaxers. No luck with any. I just want to get stronger legs. Any ideas. It's been 5 years and they just get weaker. I do a lot of stretches and leg lifts in the bed. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks again for your great videos.
Unfortunately we haven't done a video on anything like this. We cannot answer any individual medical questions online due to the uniqueness in each person and their situation, but we can think on it as I have added it to our to do list.
Thank you sweet guys. You make me giggle, the best medicine! As well as dishing out some great advice. Thank you both for being yourselves. Just gold! Marie-Louise
Do you guys have new artistic impressions of the two of you? Or have I missed something? Love the characatures in the beginning. These are such good exercises to end the day, or start the day. Thanks for giving us so much.
Love these. It would be good to get an overweight person on there to show how they can do these, since I believe 80 percent of the people watching your videos are overweight and definitely not as slender as you two. I personally am 7 feet tall and weigh around 460 pounds and am recovering from severely straining my knee from a recent fall outside. I'm an old sub but I share these to my Facebook friends.
First of all, I would like to thank you for your wealth and knowledge and videos you put out . Are these exercises stay safe to do with osteoporosis. I'm concerned about the trunk rotation?
Do you all have a recommended shoe for walking (for those who use walking as a form of exercise) to prevent backpain? Whether it's a shoe brand or specs we should look for in a shoe that would help prevent backpain or achilles strain?
You guys are great. I’m sure you did not give it a thought but with your black athletic pants on, it is hard to see exactly how you are doing those exercises. I know it sounds silly but it really does affect watching how this is done. Then you had a black belt on your leg and I couldn’t even tell for sure where it was. Still, I am thankful for your info & humor!!!
Great video! Lots of fantastic info 🤩🤩 Hope you are feeling ok, Bob. You sound like maybe you have some sinus issues going on. ❤️ Prayers for good health 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Here's a statement from Bob on his speech: Some of our astute followers have noticed me slurring my words. I am not drunk but working with Brad it would be justifiable. I had 6 infected cysts removed from my mouth (noncancerous) and I have residual scar tissue and numbness. I will try to do better. Thanks Bob.
I prefer doing my stretches at night. One stretch I really like is what I call the frog stretch because you sit like a frog and stretch out the lower back etc.
I love you guys lol so funny, and you are very informative. Bless your families, I hope they appreciate you both! Also, I do the last stretch in my night workouts! So now I can do them in the AM!
This is a bit extreme. Most of people who watch this channel most likely have some kind of issues with their joints. With this range of motion mania physiotherapists and yoga practitioners only keep destroying their and their patients joints. I had done for years 10-15 min exercises before bed, but they were done with elastic bands mostly and not in bed; in bed I sometimes do exercises in the morning, when feeling tightness in shoulders or in my back (small arm circles, bridge type of exercises)
You two are AWESOME! Love your videos and thx for all the help battling aches pain and growing old!
Thanks for watching!

Such great reminders. I stopped stretching due to a surgery (seemed too painful) so these simple stretches help me get back to it. Thanks you two!

We would feel better if you consulted your physician first, as they would know your specific situation best and could answer that question for you.
I get some piriformis and that one stretch with the right ankle on the left knee then pull left knee to chest really helps.
great to hear !
Just in time for me to go to bed. Good exercises.
Good night!
Thanks for the videos
Glad you like them!

We have a video for PF and running/walking shoes but nothing specific for back pain or Achilles. I’ll add it to our to do list!
Great content

a couple of those i already do every morning... time to add the rest and do the, at night as well!1
Brad be easy on Bob.. Get well soon Bob!
My back and edema in legs thank you.
I think if I did the hip flexor stretch that I would end up dislocating one or both of my SO joints.
Don’t do anything that causes you new or more pain
Awesome! Flexibility is just as important as cardio, weights, and balance...dare I say even more important? Not sure, but it makes me feel GREAT.
Thanks for sharing!
i have a lumbar levoscoliosis😞😢
My Mom has a backpain ever since she moved to USA. We have tried a lot of matresses. I heard a lot about you guys. Wish I could win a giveaway! :(
I need one really bad for my back. I love these 2. Going to try these exercises for this pain.
We have several more on back pain if you need more
I'd like to purchase your excercise ball.
Wondering if I'm tall enough at 5' 3"?
Thank you. I know my question is unrelated to the current topic.
You are perfectly fine to use our exercise ball!
Please show me how to get one of these
Brad is a man I’m looking for not this Brad but alike him 🤫

Are these ok to do if you have Diastasis Recti/Abdominal Split ?
You guys are so funny. I couldn’t help but think about doing that last exercise and accidentally farting.

Your videos are great but you make too many videos - it’s impossible to keep up. Thank you.
I assume these are for. The younger generation . . My body doesn’t bend that way anymore!
You guys need a break.

What's going on with Bob, sounds slurred. Few cocktails maybe, lol
