- Here is how I made the most refreshing zomkom recipe using the following ingredients
1 cup of mullet
1/2 tablespoon cloves
1 large sized ginger
5 pieces grains of selim or whinteaa
10 peices small sized chili ( mesoa)
You can use 3-5 Chili’s according to how spicy you want it
Sugar to taste
It’s so refreshing and nutritious and a great replacement for all your carbonated drinks .

@afyaaboagyewaa380 .. I have tried it a few more times... so I mostly wash it well after the next day soaking to take all the fermentation away ..and I have reduced the amount of millet I use now....less millet ..more water and it hasn't done that again
If not ... I just use rice instead of the millet and it doesn't become slimy
