Im a pack water spider. All I can say is it can get pretty busy but honestly once you pack the cart and give people some boxes you can chill and go in the break room. I hated packing since their tracking your every move. It's pretty easy for the most part the PAs don't really care much about what your doing.
I’m doing water spider right now and I’m having a nervous break every two weeks. Mostly because I’m the only water spider in my section and actually do anything. And then I’m getting fussed by the uppers and packers cause I’m not the flash.
@@DrathTengu if I could provide some advice when I waterspider I reflect on what is needed, excepted, and my own capability just know yours, I try to fulfill my role as best I can but I can’t do everything. If people are upset with the mistakes of people you have to fix, address it to your coworkers and upper management. When I was in that situation the people who complained to me, I would tell the person regardless of who it is somewhere around the lines of “Oh I appreciate you coming all this way to assist me”, also i threaten upper to take my waterspider permission or use my upt if they have a problem with the way I work, but that just me being petty. Finally, try to do everything in your power to change your situation for the better, by this I mean trying to get policies or “the standard way of working” to benefit you. I try and still trying to make it standard for my warehouse that for most lanes there will be 2 waterspiders.

I did water spider for the first time today, my 4th day at Amazon. My advice to you….get your degree in finance or accounting. You’re welcome.
