HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Paulina is a highly-trained drummer. At the age of 6 while playing drums on the Rock Band video game, her father noticed that she had a good, natural sense of steady rhythm, and he immediately arranged for her to take private, formal lessons the very next week. Those private lessons continued for the next 7 years when, at age 13, she earned and was awarded a scholarship to attend Boston's prestigious Berklee College of Music Summer Youth Program to continue her drumming education as well as study, music theory, song composition and voice training. Her sisters were awarded scholarships and attended, too, because their knowledge and understanding of music due to all three studying classical piano before choosing their individual instruments, was already so advanced at such young ages. Other than classical piano at single-digit ages, Dany (guitarist) and Alejandra (bassist) each began formal, private lessons on their instruments at ages 8 and 7, respectively, before attending the Berklee Summer Youth Program to continue that instrument education, music theory, composition and voice along with Paulina. So what you're hearing are three young musicians who TRULY understand how music works. THAT'S why their songwriting is phenomenal and superior to many of their peers, most of whom are twice their ages.
@@NoSmokingDogs, yes I know that is true. I didn't mention it in my comment to this reactor, because I thought it was a peripheral fact less important to my main point, which was to just inform him of the fact that they all were extensively trained over many years privately at home and publicly through THE top-tier music education institution that is Berklee. Specifically, it was in response to his comment that Pau seemed to have natural talent. I wanted him to know that it went much deeper than that.
Happy birthday young man. The Warning attracts lots of old school rockers because they are so freaking good. So you’re still a kid. They own the house any time they play live . They have so much charisma, each one. And they’re each an integral part of every song. Keep going with them, they never disappoint. Don’t know how they do it.
The audio capture and video from this show is unmatched. Far better than most studio work. 20+ songs to explore. Dust to Dust, Disciple, Anymocity, When Im Alone, all excellent. Enjoy.
Ugh! I love ‘UGH’! Such a great song. That whole concept album is amazing. Yes, 2 new songs are out. ‘Hell You Call a Dream” and ‘Que Mas Quieres’ (tell me what else you want) both are excellent & continue the theme & style of MORE and S!CK. The new album ‘Keep Me Fed’ drops June 28.
Happy birthday youngster and great reaction talking about Pau she just won the Drumeo award for best Drummer in Rock so like you said she is a great drummer at a really young age cheers brother
Happy birthday, toddler! 😆 I was Pau's age when you were born. 😉 This song was almost as good when they first performed it live at the age of 18, 16, and 13.
Happy Birthday brutha! 👊🏽✊🏽 Watch the whole show from this venue. It's on their RUclips channel in parts and as a whole video. Even if you have heard some of the songs before, they're always worth watching over, and over, and over...again 😂👍🏽 ⚡️THE WARNING⚡️
*Ugh* *Ugh* is the 3rd song on the "Queen of the Murder Scene" (aka QOTMS) album released in 2018 when DPA/TW were an independent band... QOTMS is a concept album that tells a story from the first song to the last... hearing the album out of order makes it hard to follow the story... like reading a book's chapters out of order... two other original songs, *The One* and *The Sacrifice* , were spawned from *Ugh* ... *Ugh* was the working title because it was a hard one, they really had to work on it, and they actually wanted to shelve it... thankfully their father kept after them to complete it... they were like "ugh! do we have to?" and *Ugh* stuck as the official name, too... the result is great! this is one of their songs that you might want to think twice about playing when you are driving 😹 Fun Fact: one of their songs has/had the working title of "Gracias"... "Gracias" is short for "Gracias, K-Pop" which is a salute from them to the K-Pop genre which has some influences on their sound and style... when they are playing, sometimes Ale will ask which song is up next and she'll get the answer "Gracias" which she knows that song by instead of its official song title... TWA ⚡🤘😸🤘⚡ TWA
As you're already checking yourself, they have nothing to do with commercialized and artificially inflated bands around the world. They are the youngest veteran artists in the rock world. Metallica, Foo Fighters, Def Leppard, Guns 'N' Roses and Muse are just some famous bands, some have shared the stage and have been very pleasantly surprised by TW's proposal, like all those who have sold out their concerts in the US. Colombia, Peru, Chile and Argentina… In addition to Germany, Spain, France, Netherlands, Czech Republic and United Kingdom. NO, I'm not mentioning the rock festivals, where they were also very successful, but where they headlined and were the main attraction. Muse was so impressed by the girls, who opened their concerts in Mexico, that they invited them to continue with them on their tour of Europe and even in their own country of United Kingdom. It's redundant to say it but they were also very successful. Among their TW fans there are musicians, music producers, sound engineers, roadies, vocal coaches, etc., from all over the world. Furthermore, and no less important, they are the first Latin American band to sign with a top international record label (UNIVERSAL). And just superficially mentioning what happened at the MTV VMAs where they very positively impressed (impacted) the production staff and everyone who witnessed it. All over the world, budding rock groups are covering the band, including Asia and Australia of course. And that DPA are doing all this at their very young age and on their own merits. What they did not do was stagnate solely in the field of rock in their own language, which is the "ceiling" in which other Spanish-speaking groups have always limited themselves. It’s such a talented female band that does not “exploit” its sexuality, they’re educated, humble and such good human beings with a truly exemplary attitude. This year they will play in several European countries in which several have already sold out and have even had to change venues in others. And they will also perform at the Wacken Open Air 2024 in Germany, the most important heavy metal festival and at the Pol'and'Rock in Poland, considered the largest music festival in Europe and they will be on the main stage in this one. For now I'm subscribing to your channel because I hope to see many reactions from you to my favorite band of all time. Thanks and greetings from México!! 🇲🇽 🤘😁✌️
Greetings to you in Mexico! Thanks for the info. Every song i've heard from them is amazing. I'll be checking out all the new songs they release as well as going back and listening to the ones I haven't heard yet. Thank you for the sub.
Hey man! I'm enjoying your The Warning reactions. Throwing you a little tip because you're a great reactor. Not sure what you've done but have you reacted to their 2023 VMA's? If not "Hell you call a Dream" 👊🏼
@@NateRockne Hell yeah man! Check out Evolve live at the 2023 VMA'S, their song MORE at the same performance is badass as well! Appreciate you checking it out and I'm sure you'll like it. If you do both songs I'll throw you another tip!! 😄👊🏼
@@justinvasquez5280 Just checked out More at the vmas. I love that song! I was going to wrap it up for the night with that one, but I'll check out Evolve then call it a night. Thanks for the suggestions.

It should be mentioned that Pau and Ale did not meet the age requirement for Berklee and needed special waivers. Dany just made the cutoff.

they didn't get scholarships... they raised the money to go themselves and were also given additional money to be sure they would be able to go...

My favorite song by The Warning. This one grooves so much. If this doesn't get your ass moving, you have no pulse.
