So, I usually watch this on my TV but wanted to hop on my phone to comment. When I first started doing these videos about 2 months ago and noticed the little comments of encouragement, my initial thought was, "That is ridiculous, she can't see how well or how badly I'm doing. Empty words." But now, 2 months in with 2 small children to run after, I see the little words of encouragement and think, "You know what? It doesn't matter how 'badly' I'm doing. I was here to SEE her encouragement, which means that I made it this far into the video. And that in itself is worthy of the praise". Thanks Jo ❤

I *loved* this workout!! My heart rate peaked at 155 bpm, got a little over 3K steps, clocked almost 2 miles, and I'm sweating buckets! Thank you, Jo! 💜

Thank you for workouts with clean music playing in the background. I'm a mama to a tribe and I work out in the family room while the kiddos are playing. There have been so many times during a workout I've had to turn the TV off because of terrible lyrics. Thank you for being a trustworthy source that is reliable when little ears are listening. ❤️

I did it Jo! Even after a 1.5mile walk and even at about 60%ish effort I didn’t give up and burnt 358 cal 283 cal which were active! Because if Jo can do it pregnant, my big bootie can too. Thank you Jesus for the strength and support and thank you Jo for being obedient with your gift. Love ya girl

I haven't seen this commented on. THANK YOU for creating workouts that don't require shoes!!!! I used to be a runner, but then my left foot started hurting. I tried orthotics, different shoes, etc.Nothing worked. So, I quit running and swam instead. I just found your channel. Wow, Cardio workouts without shoes! Yay! This is a huge win for me! Thank you!

I finally decided that today would be the day I start working out again after several months of stopping. No more excuses! I had to take a couple extra water breaks and do some modifications at the end but what a great workout to start back up on! Thanks Jo for always being you and making the journey that much better!

Is anyone in their 30s and finding it very hard to get the weight off even with healthy eating and exercise? I stress a lot as well and have terrible anxiety. I had the same issues (Im 32), causing health issues as well. I did 75 hard, and it cleansed me mentally and physically. Now I'm back on track and in the best shape I've ever been! GrowithJo helped me lose the weight and find joy in working out then Caroline Girvin has helped me tone!
I did a 10-minute workout and still felt like I had enough energy to do another one. So I did this workout. The last 10 minutes were really hard but I got through it and I'm super proud of myself 🎉😊 thank you so much Jo!
I used to run competitive 5K’s, and a 10k on my 50th birthday as a gift to myself. I really enjoyed it but have been having issues with my cervical spine for a little over two years. I am told I can’t run anymore because it is too much impact on my spine. I will give this workout a try instead. Thank you, Jo.
I am going through ivf right now and just got cleared to work out again, such a treat to be in a community that supports one another, hope some of the baby dust from Jo makes it my way (:
I made it to the end and felt energized afterwards. The moves did not hurt my 64 year old knees. For now I went more lower impact on the run moves. I plan to include this workout as one of my cardios instead of the treadmill (twice a week). I sweated more than 30 mins on the treadmill.

Menopausal and of a certain age, it’s been a journey, no joke. Starting to lose that mid-section visceral fat now. Although my factory is shut down you’re so inspiring to workout while pregnant. I wish you were there 27years ago when I was pregnant. ( my first) 22 years ago with my last child 😢
