That radiator appears to come from a Buick "Standard Coach". These were large 5-passenger cars built in the mid 1920s, at the beginning if the Showa era.
Although I do understand one word, written or spoken of Japanese, I presume this is an abandoned narrow gauge line being restored ? Anyway, well done you two men in the video !

もしかして現役？ずり捨て線を廃止と言うのだから本線は廃止ではない？
man YES 今年の３月に行きましたが廃止のようですね。
後半に出てた廃線は、土砂崩れか何かで通行止めだったと思います。
また、検量所の中に機関車があると思われますが見れませんでした。
