I have never been a fan of 3D but this demonstration has changed my mind. The pilot an air frame have become one. They are united with an orchestrated pattern into a unique blend of awe and craftsmanship.
Seth is fantastic. One maneuver he did in the begging of this video called a rolling 360 is one of the most difficult aerobatic maneuvers to do. The elevator, ailerons and rudder are in constant movement through the maneuver stop to stop as the aircraft is rolling to the inside while flying in a circle. If you thing that is hard, try it in a full size aerobatic aircraft. Been there done it but not all that well. I am a flight instructor and also taught aerobatics. With the rolls, it can be done two ways, rolling to the inside of the circle or rolling to the outside of the circle. Bottom line is if you were in the aircraft you will get tossed around, even if you have the seat belt shoulder harness tight ! ! ! ! ! ! !
Actually the hard part is that elevator and rudder inputs are NOT stop to stop but quite feathered so you can not just bang the sticks. The flaps on that RV8 act like 0.3 gravity multipliers ha ha.
Some damn good flying. Just got a smaller 4 cell size RV-8 not long ago of balsa construction. Not a fan of styrofoam airplanes unless they are small park flyers besides the wind here in west Texas requires a bit more weighted aircraft in my opinion they just fly better.
Is that a standard flex running on 6s and spinning the 17.5x7 prop. I have one and it does not do verticals as well. Do you have a high c rating on your battery. Great flying. I only do aerobatics with mine
This is the new 70cc version. It’s a 12s system. The propeller is a 25-12S Meijlik. We have the smaller foam version RV8 that you are speaking of. I recommend the 17-7 wooden propeller from Flex Innovations for that one. The wooden prop helps vertical pull out a bit.
It’s marketing as RV8 70cc. I understand your humor though. Lots of Electric Motors have the CC in name To make it easier for people to choose a motor. But you are correct only internal combustion engines Have CC displacement

Seth has been one of my favorite pilots
Amazing flight with the RV8

Absolutely amazing!
Very well done to you great vid and flight pilot big 🤙to you
Absolut geil uns souverän, Hut ab, geiles Modell, cool vorgeflogen, ich bewundere die Konstruktion des Fliegers
beautiful... the quiet plane fits the smooth close in flying beautifully!!
Wow…. The Bob Hoover of R.C. perfection……James

He’s got talent to spare. I’m always practicing to try to be better. Seth helps me allot

I can do a rolling 360 with a Radian glider.....not hard at all, just a timing thing.
Wow! What an incredible flight!
Smooth and beautiful!
Great skills. Well done!
Pilot knows what to do👍👏 great skills
Awesome flying amazing power, nice flight time 👏
Flown perfectly!
Good evenign, how are you? great video and great flight! I would like to know, do you think the model could be an electric glider tug?
Awesome flying!!! Not a Chase Ace but pretty great
Wow 🤩 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Fantastico 👏 complimenti
That thing is on point Sick flight mate 🔥👍✌️
What a beauty
Very nice 👌 👍
wow! sehr präzise geflogen! ;)
Good job

Sick
It’s badass for sure
Humans only!
Man....when is Seth gonna learn how to fly? I mean, all these years and I still can't understand why he's not any better. ;)
👊👊😊
WTH? That plane doesn't look like it should be able to fly like that. 😁
Is proo ogm
Jesus christ 😍😍😍
70cc (cubic centimeters of displacement), electric?
One of these terms is doing its own thing, one of these terms does not belong! Lol!

And the point of this is?
Fun and Good Times for us. Just sharing out hobby. Enjoy 👍
All gyro all the time...bla bla
Your a happy camper!
