Yes EP It's perpetually embarrassing how these street clowns don't even know the price of soya milk. Makes them come across as the ubiquitous politician who doesn't know the price of bread because he has more money than everyone else and is therefore seriously out of touch. Sorry Joey, I don't really see you as a clown but there are still areas in which you could up your game instead of playing into the arms of the 'dairy is cheaper' mob.

So I rather you refrain from saying stuff like that. You don't know if his attitude or the way he acts is in fact molded by them consuming drugs or because of another cause, perhaps an illness. I've actually seen so called vegans say that breast milk isn't vegan. Like, even a mother breast feeding her child isn't vegan. I think these are misinformed vegans...or are they even vegan?...maybe been planted to make vegans look crazy.

Hope you all have a great day :) how is milk murder what the hell a baby human drinks milk from the mother is the baby killing the mother an how the hell are we killing the calf’s the calf’s have a bloody 10% chance of being dead after birth in and conditions which no good farm has. They stay alive and grow up sure some be killed for beef but that’s other people wanting it the milk taken from the cows are kept and most are actually given to the calf’s if we don’t have enough for the calf’s and us we use simulated milk powder which is just good enough everything for them honestly when a cow is being milked it isn’t in pain it’s fine I’ve seen and watched them they eat food and it is biologically nice and freeing for them and satisfying for them not painful lol hope you all have a great day :)

@vomit ose I wasn't assuming he wasn't vegan because he admitted at the start that he's not vegan (which makes it fairly obvious) but agrees with the principle. From the way he started talking and gesturing I assumed in the first few seconds he would disagree. Why are _you_ assuming all vegans have dreads and dress like hippies? @Adam Kučera its the opposite of a cure, the only reason "lactose intolerant" exists is because our bodies are not made to drink any other milk than our own mother (in our own species)
there is nothing good in milk besides calcium (which transferred from plants to the milk in the first place)
milk also contains 15 million pus cells, cholesterol, bovine growth hormones
it does have a small amount of protein but drinking milk for calcium is like drinking coke for potassium
milk also has acid protein which leeches calcium from your bones
and cholesterol is associated with heart disease
(17 million fatasses die from that ever year while 9.1 million people starve to death every year.)

plant milks are like twice as expensive as cows milk here and its so frustrating. Why do they make almond and water more expensive than the secretions of a lactating cow? id make my own but i prefer soy milk way over all the other ones unless its for tea.

Do you know I feel bad for the people who do that kind of thing, Iv'e met them while out doing outreach and they are invariably very stressed individuals, and I think that they have either been forcing into an unhappy life or have made bad decisions

I have these conversations with the 70+ crowd, most are locked in to the propaganda hard.

I was able to enlighten a few classmates on the dairy process today. I heard them talking about yogurt and asked if I could say something😂 they were very appreciative of the new information, they didn’t realize cows had to be pregnant to produce milk, and they were shocked. Don’t know if they’ll become vegan today, but seeds were planted!🌱💜
It starts small, but facts given with care tend to grow.
Maybe they won't be vegan today, but start testing out vegan dairy products. Start thinking a little more about it. Start researching. As Ro Ku said ^ facts given with care tend to grow 😊 nice work

It was quite obvious that the first person was living on the street and had a mental health issue.
You treated him with respect and listened with genuine interest to what he had to say.
My respect for you for having such huge respect and empathy for him has gone through the roof.
If you ever meet him again, offer him a job or point him in the direction of the many charities which can help those who seek help. He came across as a very connected person as regards the issues. He could be an asset in the movement.

I drink about 350 gallons of milk (~1325 liters) of cow's milk every year and I don't plan on stopping. I've never broken a bone or had a cavity in my teeth.
That being said, I still enjoyed these conversations.

I did not agree because I was concious about bad impact on the health...
I was nag nearly every day by school via e-mail ,texts to pay for my son milk
After 2 years they give up.....
I was forced to drink milk in grade school despite saying it made me feel sick, until the day I threw it up all over...

@@laracroft1676 The day we had vaccinations in first grade, I was glad to have lined up at such a juncture to have missed "milk time", and then I got to go outside and have a wonderful stomach-pain-free recess and compare band-aids with the other kids. When I worked in a preschool, i saw multiple kids taken off of milk by their Dr for chronic ear or sinus infections, which then cleared up.

Aldi do a really cheap soy n almond milk for only 59p a litre. Plus do check them out ,they're making huge strides in terms of expanding their vegan range ,i'm totally impressed.

Quite frankly there won't be a future if everyone became vegan. It take significantly more water/cal to grow lettuce then it takes to raise a cow for the same water/cal.

Instead of finding a springboard, that could catapult into a world, an imaginary where things go according to your dictate. Instead we should seek ourselves out, tame the authority, this vague sense of magnanimity that we all bear, the sense of doership, that this 'I' we center our whole life around should be quenched. If we could so do that, the world would be a gasser.

1:10 Tesco, Aldi and Lidl sell 1L soy milk (sweetened and unsweetened) for 0.75€ in Ireland. That's dirt cheap 🙄
