She wasn't even permitted to talk to her mother one last time before she died, and when she passed, her father and Anne Boleyn wore yellow (symbolizing JOY)
Anne and Henry never wore yellow to Catherine's funeral since royals weren't allowed to go to funerals and Anne was recovering from a miscarriage at this point of time.

Idk
Maybe it was lack of animation budget. The only people who look accurate in physical appearance is Mary, Henry, and Elizabeth. However, only Henry and Anne got the correct costumes on.
I think hate is the wrong word to describe Mary and Elizabeth's relationship. They had their ups and downs, but even in the end when all of Mary's advisers were pressuring her to sign Lizzie's death warrant she couldn't bring herself to do it.
Part of it was her fear of God's judgment if it turned out Elizabeth was innocent of her supposed treason, but another part was Elizabeth WAS her sister whom she loved.

Aiden Pearce I agree. Such an evil queen
People saying she is an evil queen has obviously never heard the stories of other Kings and Queen. I feel she should’ve atleast got her dying wish, since she didn’t get anything else in her life
GåkëSën true. Her mother was probably the only family member who loved her. She should’ve at least been buried next to her mother.
Kate Yeow it’s ironic that the four women were kind of polar opposites of each other-Catherine of Aragon, Mary I of England, Anne Boleyn, and Elizabeth I of England-in their lifetimes.
Catherine of Aragon was much beloved by the English people, whereas Anne Boleyn was very much disliked. And their daughters were the opposite reputation to their mothers. Elizabeth I was popular, unlike her mother, and Mary I was not loved like her mother was.
Love the way you tell the story from their point of view!!!
Man you're even doing a better job than the history books!

RAUL PEnet Since you don’t read books and you are clearly uncultured, you should use context clues to understand my sentence.
RAUL PEnet “before” is a preposition. “In front of” is a prepositional phrase. Typically, before is used in reference to time. But it is also appropriate to use it in reference to space and location (especially in old English). But it is also used in modern English. For example: “Right before my eyes was......”. I hope this helps. 😀

She didn't "speak against evil", she wasn't a modern feminist or supportive of suppressed people's across the world. She was a religious extremist who probably only would have executed HALF those "heretics" had all those "horrible" things happen to her(but when put into context is probably less than the average swrf went through in a year). That's sad because I sympathize with Mary. When life only went downhill, and that was all that happened in her life, even the happiest, mentally healthy, person would succumb. That being said, it doesn't mean what she did was right, however, it certainly was a legit cause for whatever happened during her reign, to happen.

Just a little fix: Mary and Elizabeth weren't reinstated in the line of succession until Henry's 6th wife (Katharine Parr) influenced and encouraged him to make up with his daughters.
She was a victim of her father's actions, and became a monster because of all the hatred and misery she had through out most of her life. If her father *didn't* do all those things, life might've gone down differently, both for her and the people around her.
