Science: Let me introduce myself.
I actually did this when I was about 6 but it was vastly different from what you described. I just did the three count incantation with each incantation being the exact same. When I finished the incantations the scene in the mirror looked different. Instead of seeing myself I saw pillars, similar to Greek pillars. In those pillars I saw a woman with a knife dripping blood about 3 pillars back. When she started to direct her head at me I got three chills down my back. I quickly turned on the light on the bathroom and found that there were three scratches on my back.
This was a legitimate experience of mine. I have also experienced other instances that were not as strong, or related. All of the times I had a strong chill which only happens in those situations or when I’m really angry.

Like... you can be an atheist and still realize that the Bible is still a credible source of history. Think Aristotle and people from that era. Stuff like the Trojan war. You can believe that allot of it is myth but still realize the actual history there.
I mean... outside of the Bible there's still plenty of evidence for Jesus, but honestly the amount of people that completely dismiss a collection of historical accounts and stories simply because they don't believe in the religion is disheartening. This applies to far more than just the Bible.
