- Back to the Trails: Forest Park Progressive Long Run
Finally breaking free from the indoor routine and hitting the scenic paths of Forest Park! This 7-mile progressive long run was exactly what my training needed as I prepare for the Greater St. Louis Marathon.
Workout Breakdown:
Miles 1-2: Easing in at 9:25/mile
Miles 3-4: Finding rhythm at 9:10/mile
Miles 5-6: Pushing pace to 8:55/mile
Final mile: Cool-down at conversation pace
