Hey, i am doing d2d for about one month and got my first customers. The problem is i get very often the some answers/excuses from the costumers. Those are the standard frases like "we do it by our self" (even if this Drive way wasn´t washed for decades)or " another company fdid the job in the past and we aren`t pleasured at all, so sorry i won´t let it do this a company again " and I couldn´t even get to the point how much i would charge for that job. I know that is only one excuse from the potential costumers, but i asked my self if you could give me a tip, how i could handle those two excuses .

The RUclips guys usually do the job for free the first time for business customers. If you do a good job and they are happy with your work they will call you again when it starts to look crap. Can get some revenue from the RUclips views too.

You: oh I totally understand that's why I'm here! I will make you a deal as a sign of good faith, I will do the job for you and if you are happy you pay what we agreed on , if not I will do the job 💯 for free and you pay nothing if satisfied does that sound fair? I'm sure I can make you one of my many completely happy customers! ( use this sparingly for these customers only it's a risk but a low one).
